Spoofing is one of the biggest ways market is manipulated here, you could even say many of us are mini spoofers in that we put an order in to sell/buy just to see what the price is with no intention of carrying it out? However this was on a mega scale of years. Need to have a few of these Brokers up in court here to ever end these practices..

@woltan, of you entitled to your opinion but the FACT is he is wrong about WK results for 2022 being kept in the dark and consistently posts that as fact. I don't really have that much time for "holders" who continually knock the company and BOD and sound like spoilt kids a lot of the time. The oldie but goodie applies ALL the time that is if you don't like what the company is doing or how the BOD are going about business then sell your holding. To hold on when you have so little faith is either crazy or agenda driven.........I wonder how many who tick up his posts are part of the deramper/negative crew............

Well the below from Chairman's report is clarity for me......

The ones in Annual report were only up to end of 2021. So there WILL be a significant upturn in figures. However that won't suit your agenda will it?

Here is a FACT for you the MM's make money on the margins whether the SP is going up or down! The SP level is of no relevance to them simply at what price they can buy or sell shares. This morning, like most Monday mornings there are more sells than buys, so went down. Last week the "spike" was because there was a sudden demand for more shares which they didn't have so they raised SP to get them and of course some sold into that jump. Plus sentiment changed for a while to positive and as this is AIM sentiment is everything, more so than actual news! Why do you think so many come on here trying to change that sentiment to negative? You do a good job of it one has to say for somebody who supposedly hold shares!

Onassis, great post.....except one thing...........MM's don't loan out your shares.........worth checking below with your Broker. Even if they are allowed to lend your shares out simply put a sale on them for eg 10x (ar least for us) SP then they can't lend them out.

Mizman what Putin is saying now doesn't mean he will do it. To me it is a sign of a worried man who knows his Army is exhausted, demoralised and suffering heavy losses with minimal advancement at the moment. Of course the Ukrainians are as well but they are fighting for their country and freedom. Big difference between Armies/soldiers. However he is obviously going to keep sacrificing his young men until achieves whole of Donbass. Anything less would be failure. I think he will achieve that then we will have a stand off for some time, cease fire not peace, as Putin will not withdraw and Zelensky will not give up land. The West will slowly get fed up of giving Billions and Billions with worldwide recession and their own country problems. Sad but true imo

Not long to AGM, personally expecting some news before it. Pretty sure every possible question asked every possible way has already been sent in and not expecting them to ask formally for any. You can do it anyway just by attending or signing in to virtual AGM. GL most, here to a good week and don't get spooked by any drops you have seen how quickly it can rise.

CAW1 I read that as well but seems donkeys years away from any form of production at all however you got to say a country the size of Turkey got to have resources as unfound. Have a great weekend and all genuine investors.

layla1 update from Lloyds for me, they are still waiting for LINK to come back to them with IVC. Said going to chase them up again. So it looks like takes a bit of time to get sorted. Think it is a bit of an unusual one in that so many PI's have their holdings in Nominee accounts under that Broker's name. So you don't actually have an Investor Code it is the Broker who has it. If you bought and held them yourself you would simply ring up LINK and they would provide it straight away. Now you have to get your Broker to do that and then pass it on to you. At least that is how has been explained to me. If anyone else wanting to join virtual AGM and holding in Nominee account might be an idea to get process started now. GL

Layla1 oh and you can attend, your broker just sends off for the letter of representation and sends on to you. Or of course you can get them to vote for you. Normally you get a letter (received mine) giving you both those options on the back. Suggest you speak directly with your broker GL

Layla1 I am with Lloyds, because your shares held in nominee account apparently they have to go to LINK and get their IVC. Then pass it on to you and you should be able to log in to virtual AGM. I am still waiting for Lloyds to come back to me although only been a few days.

Panino.C lets face it we have been expecting news like Nyud licence, JORC for some time. I think that there is a slight expectancy the BOD "might" have a juicy nugget for us before AGM if only as a sop to frustrated PI's. I think they are concerned about the vote, even if they are bog standard resolutions. A big protest vote against doesn't look good if you are negotiating a complex deal. Hence they employed Boudicca to "guage" PI's feelings on which way they will vote.

Support the BOD at this critical time I say. You are supporting your own investment in reality. Voting against imo is like Turkeys voting for Xmas.

But as they have said news will be released as and when appropriate, including assets sale RNS.

I don't think they will formally ask for share holder questions via RNS. First because plenty have been sent in via E mail already. But more importantly any share holder has the right to ask a question at a AGM being in person or also this time via the virtual log in. TBH most questions are going to be the same, they know them and will be well prepared for them.

Personally I think any on assets sale will not get too much response as they would have to RNS anything hugely relevant. The first we likely know, and out of the blue imo, is "we have accepted ............from.............and now call a EGM to put it to our share holders to vote on". Otherwise, if they do say sorry covered by NDA's it would be good enough, for me anyway, as that tells me plenty. GL

smiler888 could be right but in cases like this when the sentiment has changed for the better they often have to up the prices to get the shares they need. Has been working the last couple of days as seen by the volume. So why change what is working? They make a lot more money when the volume is high than when it is low.
