RE: AGM questions6 Jul 2022 19:27
I have e mailed in some questions for AGM , sure they will get plenty, see which way they handle them. They may say they will answer them as in the form last time and RNS replies to "certain" ones. They could answer them from the list on the day, of course they will be well prepared for them. Or of course you can ask them directly of the BOD either by attending or the virtual AGM.
Number one question was Re NYUD licence, advanced state months and months ago, what is the situation....paraphrasing.
Number two Is the entity that carried out successful DD still in talks and have the BOD turned down any offers (not expecting answer to that part but got to try lol)
Asked a couple of others and did say I don't see how they can be covered by NDAs, as long as not naming company for example and as information threat could affect my investment strategy I am entitled to know. Probably enough to bet me banned lol I sense they are a bit uneasy about the AGM knowing all to well PI's sentiments at this time. It was an unusual move to employ Boudicca imo. Although Keith told me they used them before I said, as others have, I have never been contacted before and held for some years. Reply was oh. GLA genuine holders
RE IVC code to access AGM posted earlier - I was informed by my Broker Lloyds that as shares held in their Nominee account they would endeavour to get theirs from LINK. This corresponded to what LINK told me as I didn't buy shares directly myself. Haven't got that info back from Lloyds yet but only a couple of days ago. Still mulling over getting to London for 9am start. I hope that wasn't deliberate to dissuade holders from attending. I did mention this to them as well. If I lived in London would go definitely. GLA
