Eua can't do anything! You are the bleedin share holder! With a virtual AGM you have to prove you are a share holder to log in. or anybody could. Same as prove you are a holder to go to real AGM and vote. Indeed Keith told me some people being charged up to £100 for service to get codes! I am Lloyds/Halifax I had to kick their butts to get codes. Indeed after 2 weeks faffing around with them I made a formal complaint and then had the codes within 12 hours! All they have to do is contact LINK and ask for their own code to pass on. Pretty simple. Oh and I wasn't charged anything. But it is between your Broker and LINK, not Eurasia.

Shares_To_Buy dream scenario is 2 separate Sub sales and go forward with Eua2 hydrogen, acquire, prove up what necessary and sell again.

IMO either scenario you put forward could be right. Could even decide on a farm in from a big boy which would give us a nice dividend, a free carry forward to production, and yearly dividends in the future.

Shares_To_Buy, The plan was/is for Eua2 to focus on hydrogen. The company split into 3 subs.

IMO only one reason to incorporate Kola Nickel was for ease of selling. These are predominantly Brown field sites and won't take long to get up and running. Very attractive to a buyer.

Kola Mining was formed it seems to incorporate the rest. So could be separate sale for that. Depends what buyers want. Also no reason why both can't be sold. Nyud licence transfer the trigger for me. All could be set up to sign on dotted line on transfer of licence. Just imo. GL

The do not "choose" to include or exclude anything. They are AUDITED accounts!

The WK income for this year will be included in the INTERIMS! These will be published in September.

tcxman, it took me nearly 2 weeks to get it from Lloyds/Halifax. Think might have been problems getting it from LINK. So any others reading and want to attend if haven't done already need to apply for those log in details now!

@Lovelyboy good post, and in agreement there. Back from nice lunch, nice to see a rise. Said earlier thought we had hit a higher bottom. Expect a similar pattern now over coming weeks with rises and dip to higher bottom each time. Somewhere along the line expect a big 1/2 day rise as has happened. Newbie642 DFS take a long time to put together, it is a slow methodical process. They have said it will be submitted in November. However this is BAU and any miner/explorer would do the same. This adds a deal of value to the site and has to be done. But it would not affect any sale in the interim. Whoever buys it will simply step into the shoes and continue with the DFS whatever stage it is at. There is no doubt imo that war has slowed down a lot of Russian government departments and applications. GL hope you enjoy your weekend

Arsenalles, hope all as well as can be with you and yours, Re Traders it is very hard for them to operate when we have 10% plus spreads. The volume is pathetically low again and MM's not really interested at the moment happy to let it drift around while algos make a few £ here and there. To generate volume they will let it go up again soon enough imo and then you will get a jump in volume and SP. Even then they widen the spread to 20% at times, almost impossible for a trader to make money with those type of margins. While we wait for the AGM WK keeps expanding and churning out money against a background of everything else, including the message they keep telling us.....assets sale. GL

Doubt we will get any RNS Re questions for RNS, or any RNS to answer them. Spoke to company about it referring back to last year although acknowledging it was Covid times. They said have had plenty sent in via E mail, and yes many of them are repeated. They will are expecting them all to be asked on the day and without doubt will have prepared answers, probably cleared by NOMAD. Be very interesting what is said, but what also is not said/dodged, as that can tell you a lot as well.

So imo anyone who thinks nothing but resolutions passed at AGM is slightly off track. Any share holder attending in person or virtually is entitled to ask questions of the BOD. Now is your chance instead of moaning on here?

Not to say their won't be RNS before AGM on anything at all, even sale. Anyway still hopeful they chuck us a sweetner. Have a great weekend all and careful out in that heat!

smiler888, do understand, and about the heat lol, contrary to many on here I do think they are keeping us up to date as much as they can. The Annual Report was excellent, accounts audited. No lies or withholding on there. I will not ask any questions about the assets sale as I truly believe they cannot tell us anymore than they have on that front. Somebody else will anyway lol. A RNS will come out of the blue when it does. I will ask about the likes of the Nyud licence/JORCS though as that is an operational matter, however,..........................I would not at all be surprised if they were subject to NDA's, just my opinion understanding how big business works. Yes, I do understand about Register etc but when working with Rosgeo and authorities anything can be held back if it suits. Goodnight and GL

I take it you are going to either go or register for virtual AGM so you can ask questions or put forward your concerns instead of on here? Or just going to rely on others?

@del929 I got the standard letter asking if I wanted to attend in person and get letter of representation, or for them to cast vote for me. I was going to go in person to the AGM but 9am is just too early and not paying to stay overnight in London. So I returned letter getting them to vote in favour for me.

So then I had to call them for virtual log in details. You want the "Voting and Perks" team. Was some initial confusion as not that common an occurrence. I copied and pasted the part from RNS to further show them what I required. Perhaps now it may be easier for you.

Your Nominee account holder/Broker (Halifax/Lloyds or whoever) then has to contact LINK to get the info and pass onto you as shown in letter I posted. LINK haven't been that quick responding to my Broker. it has taken nearly 2 weeks to get the my log in info. I did have to kick off a bit as you do nowadays to get anything done lol. So anybody thinking of doing it should do it now. GL

otherwise I am charging the very reasonable fee of £50 to ask questions on any holders behalf lol ;-)
