You obviously don't know the difference between an AGM and the "conference call" that Poly are having dear me!!! Besides the fact you have to prove yourself a holder to attend an AGM, vote and ask questions, otherwise be full of gobsheets like you! Even so you might like to pay notice to this line from their RNS "Please be prepared to introduce yourself to the moderator or register." No hiding for the likes of you

@Arsenalles, hope you get it in time there has been a deal of messing around by some Nominee Holders. Some are actually charging up to £100 as well!! Took me 2 weeks and a complaint to get it. It is of note that it seems they sent a letter to LINK on 12th July, I had rang up several times from about 27/28 June! I think they only actually did it when I made a formal complaint. NB reply was within 2 days from LINK after receiving Nominee's letter!

@lovelyboy, take your points but there was drilling done at MT/Flanks (and who knows elsewhere?) as well and from that assays, reports etc. Plus anything to do with WK, new equipment, licences etc

Also Wardell were only engaged in April. Below is from Interim Report June. Could they do all that in the timeline? Maybe payments to Rosgeo/other companies for services rendered?

@lovelyboy, I suspect that expenditure is for the drilling, assays, JORC's, CPR's, Wardell and associated expenses etc. Just shows how much work has/is going in to proving up these areas imo

del29 what I posted was from RNS march 26th, if they go ahead with any of the licences Rosgeo make their money on the earnout. I "think" our plan is to get licence transferred, then announce JORC and CPR. Then acquire other 25% and then sell it. IF we do this then POAZ is the next logical one and rinse and repeat but they have to get a shift on. But first one was always going to be most difficult imo. Or.....not sure about this though, could we just sell Nyud and give our rights to other areas for a buyer, for a big fee of course? This imo only applicable if we looking to get out completely. As said, also by lovelyboy, this will not affect any Mt/NKT separate sale. or Nickel Sub for that matter. GL

Eurasia has paid an initial consideration of c.US$0.5 million of cash (the "Initial Consideration") for its share in the JV. In addition, incremental consideration would become payable under an earn-out structure (the "Earnout") in the event that Eurasia decides to proceed to develop the Additional Assets. The total of the Initial Consideration and the Earnout (if applicable) is capped at 75% of the value set under the relevant Russian law if the Additional Assets had initially been auctioned by the Russian state instead of being acquired by Rosgeo.

lovelyboy, Can't see any reason the Nyud licence won't go through at this stage. We are "partnered" with Rosgeo and if it didn't certainly going to reflect badly on Russian State and who might want to do business in the future. I bet that CPR and JORC is burning their hands holding onto it ;-)

As you point out MT and NKT are ring fenced and for me this is the assets sale going through in one form or another. Could even be stand alone sale of Nickel Sub. Without Nyud this is worth well north of where we stand now even in difficult circumstances.

CAW1, take your points but 15 months is not actually the long in mining, it always has been a slow industry. In fact if you refer to MT you can see how many years that has developed over up to expecting the DFS in November.

You could be right in that the JORC figures have shown a lot more than anticipated but their relationship has always been good with Rosgeo and the fact is it is the earn out that counts.

Let us remind ourselves these figures are massive and potentially even higher!

As announced via RNS of 26 March 2021, Eurasia signed a binding agreement to create a joint venture with Rosgeo in which Eurasia will own a 75% equity stake in nine PGM and battery metals assets (four of which are post Russian Feasibility Study with state approved reserves) with a total of 104.6Moz of Platinum equivalent Russian Code reserves and resources in the immediate vicinity of the Company's Monchetundra Project in the Kola Peninsula.

The reserves and resources are stated under the Russian classification. The reserves and resources under the JORC Code (by Wardell Armstrong International), further to those already announced for a portion of the NKT deposit, will be announced separately

The table above includes the Nyud deposit for which Eurasia's subsidiary already has paid Rosgeo (as announced via RNS on 26 March 2021) and the license transfer thereof will be separately announced. In the meantime, Wardell Armstrong International has presented a draft CPR under the JORC Code and the NPV model to Eurasia for review. Nyud is a nickel dominant relaunch project, similar to NKT.

The table does not include new applications made by the Company that will be announced when the reserves and resources estimation is compiled.

IMO CPR and JORC is done and awaiting that all important licence transfer. No doubt slowed down by Covid and War but we have a "notarised" agreement, formed a Sub to receive it

tcxman, yes I have, I am with Lloyds/Halifax. It did take a bit of faffing around. After 2 weeks I made official complaint to them and then got them within 12 hours! Plus £30 for my troubles lol.

All they have to do is go to LINK. If I had bought them myself instead of through Broker I would have had them in 5 minutes. Trouble is they rely on E mails and quite frankly as it is rare there was some confusion on Lloyds part. I suggest you ring up and kick backsides mate GL

Yuri.F first Eurasia are an explorer, find, acquire, prove up and sell. What is coming is 20 years in the making! Their WK mine is self sufficient little cash earner to keep things ticking over.

If your read the RNS they are selling to a BRICS country so no problems there! Partnered with State owned Rosgeo and a large Russian share holder group, Queeld as well as Dmitry and other Russian entities. Think they will be fine thanks. Oh and why do you think they have not been sanctioned after all this time? Could it be because all authorities are happy with them and also well known they are close to selling Russian assets, almost certainly China or Russia imo. Still time as SP to resources is stupidly low. Read the RNS folks

Newbie642 not going to the meeting in person, I had intended to but a 9 am start makes it too difficult and expensive as would have to stay overnight . You also have train strikes etc which will no doubt cause overhang chaos.

Well there is a little old company called Eurasia that is debt free, cash in the bank, a producing self sufficient mine, not sanctioned, acquiring new licences steadily, increasing resources AND progressing Russian assets sale. Oh with a BOD with a huge amount of skin in the game. Spiked out here well you know where to head ;-)
