I did actually ask if they were going to do a Q & A RNS like last year expanding saying I realised they did it because of Covid. There were no plans to do so. They have been inundated with the same questions asked a hundred different ways. Think they are prepared and as told weeks ago they expect it to be "rumbustious". I don't think it will be that bad as the numerous numpties on here won't be attending in anyway. Be left to a few large share holders and genuine "investors" to ask the questions.

Montmuzard, totally agree! I don't expect anything about a sale, it has already been covered in more than one RNS. Of course it is all subject to NDA's, some go back before FSP! Nobody sitting around a table wants to be named, especially if their non binding offer has been rejected. The credible buyer that has done successful DD does not want to be named. These negotiations are going on behind closed doors as they should be.

Some on here won't be satisfied unless they are told the buyer, the price and when the money will be in their accounts. Well they will be when all the BOD has accepted an offer, it has moved to binding, signed off by all sides and then put to all share holders to vote on. Until then suck on yer dummies!

Shares-To-Buy tbh there is only so many questions no matter what folk think. They won't be able to duck questions as they will keep getting asked the same one by others until they do answer However I don't think they will duck any. Now whether you get the answer you want is a different matter. For me I only want one answer and it is Re Nyud licence. No point asking about JORC's or CPR's until we have that. They will have to answer it in some way. The "advanced stage" is going to be thrown at them again and again. It will be very interesting how they do answer it. Shares-to-buy nobody knows what will be said tomorrow. How can they until the questions are asked from the floor/virtual platform? They have had a list of questions submitted but they are not going to just read from that list and answer them. All that means is they know the questions coming, are prepared and checked with NOMAD/advisors as to answers can be given.

Besides the fact they have been bombarded daily for months with the same questions by moaning PI's anyway!
