@Robidicus Agree on the local subsidiary angle - just listen to the latest IMMO interview and they have done exactly that, use a partner in China.

They said the same about New Zealand, Australia and Canada, again no news, still part of the plan I suppose but just looks like no progress.

@Joe666, definitely, although they are intending on employing a new staff member for Marketing too, I wouldn’t think the money set aside is for employment purposes. If you take MelodyVR as an example, Liam Payne promoted his live gig, he has millions of followers, so the power of social media and the right contacts is easily worth more than money spent on the company marketing themselves.

I do see education as a big market for VR. Another company VR Education is already listed on AIM and have some interesting titles out there.

Enlighten me, if the product is not available until end of year it won't be bringing in any of the revenue for some time yet.

Vanguard is not even available yet as far as I can see, prospectus says:

Having a browser of the prospectus, this company seems vastly overvalued and overhyped already, they only have £33,000 for Marketing and PR' - if they are really going to be big they will need a lot more than that.

'The marketing and PR budget, in a total estimated amount of £33,000, is expected to
provide for creation of marketing roles as outlined in this paragraph 8.1 above, for participation in
conferences and exhibitions and for related capital expenditure; '

Surplus working capital, £13,000, this company is going to need cash sooner rather than later.
