So MOD share price has dropped ever since it listed on AIM. They need cash and everyone knows it. Sandfire come along and the share price goes up just in time for the placees to make their money and get out. Co-incidence? No RNS from MOD in recent times regarding any offer. Those of a cynical nature might just think it was a pump and dump.

@RestLess, not sure I agree that MVR listed on AIM too early, if they hadn’t it would be unlikely they would have managed to raise as much as they did of private.

I seem to recall AM didn’t say that he didn’t care, it was more of ‘the share price is important at present’ but don’t quite me, it was a long time ago and in a video interview I believe.

I’d tend to think any acquisition or merger would mean a fundraise would happen, if that was in the cards and likely at the 4p price range. Given the price action and no news I think it is more likely a big news event will happen that would mean a fundraise would happen, irrespective of current cash in the bank. Something is afoot.

Who is honestly going to go back and revisit MVR on any device if they don't add new content, they are going out of their way to stop repeat customers, very odd, almost as if they want it to fail.
