I hope MVR is going to be in the quest, perfect sense, gaming machines are not just for gaming, but why isn’t MvR on the Rift?

Good debate. At least we all agree that something is not right with this share, for whatever reason, NDAs, Facebook’s controlling hand, manipulation, shorters, the list goes on.

The only common demoninator is the board and their actions and non communication which is ever present.

Katy Perry, Lady Ganga, Gwen Stefani are big names, some others are as small and unheard as with MVR’s own.

CEEK are not just music, they do learning, sports, concerts and arts.

Tell me why this isn’t streets ahead from MVR’s one live performance and 40 odd artists and only available in 8 countries and on two devices.

Puts MVR in the shade, what are MVR doing, they are falling way behind the competition, maybe they should merge with them, CEEK is strides ahead.

Be very aware if Sprott start investing in GGP, look what happened to the MTR share price afterwards, not pretty at all.

Another new personnel signing, rather a strange job title ‘Head of People’, shows they are growing, but not a lot to show for it.

Maybe they have a buyer for the company and are just placeholders to transition. Too many Weald companies, they need to merge and pool resources and assets.

If shareholders had been given the option of Riverfort loan or OrimaryBid / Teathers app finance we would have raised the money, yet this board thinks they know best, sooner they are gone the better.

Some of the new tech on show at CES this year, is Onitor now something for the bargain bucket at the £1 shop or perhaps a working device will be worth millions on the antiques roadshow in years to come :)

Looks a concerted short attack continuing, pity the board got into bed with Sprott at expense of PIs.

There would be no 'watering down of the brand' as it would be a new company under EVRH - everyone seems to think MVR is EVRH, it's not, it was setup to do new things and not restrict itself.

SM being a music person is fine, but he should stick to that and bring in new people with other expertise to EVRH to expand away from music. Maybe in future MVR could be IPO'd and stand alone to get away from this constant correlation that the two are one and the same, which they are at present.

EVRH is meant to be a holding company for other great VR/AR companies, why are they not adding exposure? Too reliant on MVR and direction from AM/SH, broaden their aspirations.

Definitely agree EVRH are not ambitious enough, now is the time to be expanding the company into new AR/VR as per their RNS from last April, yet they have shown no progress in that area or collaborations. MVR should not be the onky string to their bow.

AM and SH are too geared to th music side of the business, new blood needs to come in with experience of non music related industry. Of course this would need more money, maybe that’s why the price has remained stuck in this small range, a fundraise is required to allow ambitions to expand.
