Merger / Aquisition / future collaboration. Board been too quiet and hope some good news is coming.

Certainly great to see EVRH up for a second day in a row, but as with many AIM companies, large daily rises, host of new account posters on chat board, then comes a fund raise. We shall see in coming weeks.

Good link, it’s ‘coming soon’ as MVR would say, shame there is no hint at non game related content.

There are companies on AIM that actually include in their business plan that they are looking to be sold after a few years, that’s their exit policy. I don’t recall MVR ever saying they want to be bought out, although no company on a stock market is immune from a buyout. I still don’t think it’s likely for many years, more likely mergers to grow.

Thank you for correcting me, my memory of such mentions would be light as I tend to pick up in things like the April fundraise RNS and the May RNS where AM said,

“Over the next few months, MelodyVR will begin to announce its launch schedule for additional VR devices, such as PlayStation VR and Google Daydream, as well as detailing our worldwide release plans for additional geographies throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America“

Which for the most part has not happened and we were never giving a follow up RNS to let us know why other devices were not rolled out, although we know it was for Facebook’s benefit. I would not call that spinning a few yarns, I would call it misleading investors.

@InvestingWizard if YouTube is the future why did MVR sign up with Facebook, was it because they were the only ones to back MVR early on, were they unable to establish a relationship with YouTube?

MVR have never indicated they wanted to roll out on mobiles until they finally realised VR headset uptake was slow, poor strategy and business acumen.

As with Nikki Lambert being the ‘brains of the commercial/marketing strategy’, well I certainly think she has either had her hands tied or is not very good at her job or delegation.
