MVR have agreements with O2, tick, they have agreements with Post Malone and label, tick, they have said they want to stream live VR tick, so shareholders have every right to question management are not doing as they promised.

I thought we already had a deal with Post Malone, how can this be a new one, has he moved companies? More agreements, tightening their grip on the content, although not exclusive.

I suppose anything is possible, company needs to be more transparent and give us to news as to the direction it is going. Prospectus makes it quite clear what the money was intended for, but then a change at the top.

CellPlan platform, marketing and operating costs
Wideacademy courseware and roll-out
General working capital (including repayment of loans)

Most of which is going towards Marketing. The company appears to tweet regularly on the @WideCells_UK handle, but does all look a bit boring. Their main website timeline http://widecellsgroup.com/about/our-story is not complete.

WideAcademy was also listed to receive a boost in funding, although rather small for courseware and rollout. https://www.wideacademy.co/ Again their website is not being kept up that’s, last post Sept 2018.

CellPlan in the other hand does seem to be more current https://www.cellplan.com/en/news with latest news from 29th Feb 19, but there are only two posts as far as I can see.

Looks like a lot of works is needed. All three parts of the company don’t look to have a consistent brand and are very disperate. They need pulling together.
