The raise was badly thought through. The loan notes were restructured when CTL were originally going to list on the ASX. There is no reason why they couldn't have been extended. The smug look on Kesler's face when he shafts investors makes me sick....

We will see...most long term holders are in at 25p plus I feel fortunate to be mid teens.....

I already own 2 million plus shares and warrants....more no thanks...

Maybe ask AI why all long term holders have been shafted....this was one raise too many and didn't need to happen until after ratification and ASX listing....the timing is madness....

The real issue is CTL have the CEOL despite what the nay sayers might say but this has had zero impact on price in fact it was at 10p before the CEOL and the market cap remains at micro levels due to the insanity of giving away equity and being on AIM....

Ratification was initially sold as a rubber stamp process but the latest call it had changed to a due diligence process due by the end of June. Until this is on ASX I don't see any decent share price momentum....

The three month cut off was the 10th June....personally I have given my displeasure at the latest discounted raise to the board. Long Term Holders like myself who have invested all the way through are heavily underwater where as Mr Kesler gets another 4 million shares...

This isn't good news.....existing holders have been bent over again.....3p tomorrow????

Or maybe our Asian potential partners are not worried about ratification like a few on here seem to be....

I was expecting the ratification by now the government are taking quite a bit of time on this....equally the price has hardly been a winner on any metric the 3year performance is shambolic...

The technology works and is also being used in several Argentinian projects. Better for the environment, and on a cost basis much more efficient.

The risk decrease has not been reflected in the price....ASX have better coverage of Lithium stocks and being on a proper exchange will make a big difference coverage wise. ASX was mentioned for July etc. One of the other big pieces of news is the soft close on the JV partner at the end of Q2.

Ratification should bring more investors to the table. For me the ASX listing is a big event as CTL will then be comparable with peers. Significant derisking events on AIM have not rerated the stock price.

Like your "punt" in Metals One....

Hopefully the broker note provokes new interest and existing holders buy more shares....

It is a good idea but given the way Metals One behaved with the "strategic investment" in CTL who knows. I am relatively comfortable knowing Met One don't have the cash for the warrants.

They have 20 million warrants at 6p so £1.2 million. Which Met One dont have....

MET One can go to zero.....they won't have the cash...

I am reasonably relaxed about the ratification process. The office involved have already been involved in the CEOL process so anytime between mid and end of May.

The Lithium carbonate price has broken through the 200,000 CNY overnight this equates to $29,500 per ton (source trading economics . Com) well above the numbers used in the PFS.

M&A activity across the sector has ramped up so I would not be surprised to see a bid post ratification.
