RE: Do LTH keep buying?3 Jan 2021 10:25
My first buy April 2019 at 1.68p. 4 further buys in 2019, at 1.72, 1.85.1.70 and 1.65
2020 I bought at 2.55, 3.86, 4.86, 8.24, 5.19, 7.43 - then I paused (mistake) and bought at 19.48, 21.95, 22.71, 22.7, 22.7, 29.39, 29.35. I sold some other funds and stock to make the later buys in our ISA's and my wife's SIPP.
Only thing that stopped me divesting other funds and stocks was a reluctance to put all our eggs in a single basket - I think I may regret that. I have other AIM investments, 2 quite large, SML where I am way under and I should have sold and moved to GGP, CNR which I am quite happy with and ahead, and NSUP - not so large an investment, but doing very well.
However GGP hopefully will be lifechanging for my family. And for many others. Very happy where we are at, have not sold any, and as I have always said, I think will take 2-3 more years for this share to show max value - unless GGP get bought out - which I think is a real possibility - but all depending on results.
My first target when I bought first was 10p. In the first half 2019 increase that to 20p and then stopped setting targets. I am actually astounded where we are now, but I think Haverion will end up with MRE at least 5x the initial MRE. The rest depends on exploration drilling results - we have seen the difference a year of intensive drill has made at Haverion.
I am not sure that pace could be maintained at multiple targets - and could not be maintained by GGP - would need to be JV driven. Maybe 2 targets per year, if we are lucky enough to find some more monster targets. I am optimistic.
