The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
There is a very clear three stage strategy to the growth of Pembridge and today sees the start of phase 2. Phase 1 was getting Minto back up and running and they have now achieved that. Stage 2 is growth through acquisition and it is this phase that excites me most.
From the deal that was done for Minto we know these guys can construct a good deal. We also know from their history that they are used to running business's valued at 100's of millions of pounds. At 16p we are valued at £10m and I am sure they want to ramp that valuation up as quickly as they can.
The next piece of news could very exciting indeed. Just my opinion guys.
Very quiet here over the last few days. Have people moved on or is this the calm before the storm. DFS only a few very short weeks away now, or even days. Fingers crossed.
So in yesterdays interview we were told we are producing 200oz. Lets be conservative and say it is only 100oz.
Now lets say we only produce for half the year as it is bloody cold there in the winter.
This would give us 183 days of 100oz production = 18,300 oz per year.
Lets say our all in cash costs are $600 and that the basket of production is worth only the Palladium price $1,800, nothing for the Rhodium credits. Gives net profit per oz of $1,200
18,300 * £1200= $21,960,000 net profit per year.
Assuming a valuation of 10x earnings gives a company production valuation of £219m or £170m or 7p a share.
This does not allow for any value in the resource only production.
I won't predict what the resource is worth as we really have no idea, it could be anything from $300m to $1,000m
Based on the above my view is that this is still very cheap.
Jez that would actually make it £10 a share not 10p.
10% up today and no comments, is everyone on holiday?
The 20 working days comment was made on the 20th of May, 2 weeks ago. 10 working days have passed since then, so by my reckoning we could get the assay results two weeks today.
Catsick, the silence is deafening! You maybe right that they have decided to release until they have to, however we were told that the latest SkyTEK results would be released last week. There can be many reasons for delays and I am not concerned by this, I am more curious than anything. We know the drills have been sent to the Aussie labs and we should have first results by the end of the month. Could get very exciting here in the next 2-3 weeks.

All looking good.
Value will out SharePicks, just have to give it time and pick them up while others have their heads turned.
The CEO said late last month to expect an exciting period over the next few months. Perhaps this is the start. News due anytime now.
I have been looking at CZN recently and what I noticed was how similar this is to where INFA was 12 months ago.
A year ago INFA was languishing at 0.25p. It is now 0.90p and has been as high as 1.8p in early January. The projects are both different, one stores gas below ground and one above ground, however if successfull will be worth many multiples of tadays prices.
INFA will probably tread water for now until more news is released however CZN is starting a very rich news period over the coming weeks.
CZN is currently valued at £2m, INFA at £11m, so CZN could have a long way to go yet. An £11m valuation for CZN would equate to a share price of £13p.
I guess that's why someone bought 5.7m yesterday at 0.79p!
prices continue to increase now at $3.26 lb. Looks like we could be in the right place, with the right project, at the right time. I thought NvS came across really well in the interview on Tuesday, thanks for posting the link. I don't think it will be long before other high net worth individuals take a slice of this pie.
being played here is really interesting and is the same as on most boards on LSE. It is simple, if you believe in the storey and have confidence in the management then sit it out. There will always be the two opposing views who will, given their own agenda, want you to buy or sell. Since late morning a few have sown the seeds of doubt and the price has come back a bit due to a few selling. The more experienced among us are used to these shenanigans and will hold tight. At some point, may be this afternoon, may be tomorrow, this WILL rise again and those who sold today will be tempted back in and will have to pay a higher price. This mornings RNS is very clear, exciting times are ahead.
at how quiet the board is this morning given we have now gone through the 7p barrier. Next stop 8-9p looking at the chart.
https://im-mining.com/2018/05/22/zamsort-producing-copper-cobalt-soon/ Another good write up.
Andy, UOG does not need spamming on other boards. The storey here will unfold over the next week's and months and people will take notice when it does. I have a large holding here which I am very confident will do well without promoting the storey on other boards.
It failed! They haven't even got 50K to sell at 4p!
FOK in. Should get filled. Couldn't buy a bean on the market.
by close anyone? Looks a lot more positive now. Think we will see another holding RNS from MTR soon.
