also pointing out that there are only 20m shares and most of those are tightly held. There could be one hell of a squeeze should news break.
impatient holders getting out on the rise. I think they will regret this soon. IMHO
As you say, you join at a particularly interesting time. We are trading at cash and we have some very knowledgeable guys in charge who have a lot of skin in the game. They are taking small fees for their participation and have looked at numerous projects over the past 6 months. I do like the very sensible approach they are taking to finding the right project and the recent interim results stated "Currently in the process of screening a number of attractive acquisition opportunities with a view to entering into early stage discussions regarding potential future transactions". Lets hope news is just round the corner. When news breaks you will not be able to buy these at this price.
Absolutely SP7. People just don't have the patience today. These situations can turn on a sixpence. I have topped up today but haven't quite reached 4% yet, any further weakness and another TR1 will have to be submitted.
Saintpeter7 I think you will find that the 2x350k trades were a roll over not two sells
on track to me. Interim results this morning show that we have cash per share of about 4.5p, overheads are minimal and lots of projects are being looked at. What has to be remembered here is that should and when a project is announced this could really fly. We are at 5.375p or £1.25m, there are resource companies out there with rubbish projects and have valuations of many times ours. Also look what happened recently at MAFL, sat at 6p for ages, market got a sniff of project progress and it went up nearly 250%. All just my opinion.
we will have some form of update in the next few days as the interim results are due before the end of March. How detailed an update this will be remains the question.
deals are the ones that take some time and are in the best interests of all parties. I am sure these guys have been offered many projects over the past few months. I would much rather they take their time and get it right rather than rush into something just to please impatient shareholders. All will become clear in time.
Hi Trevally, I like investing in small caps where the directors have a track record and pedigree in their sector. The BOD and AB both meet my criteria. There are few opportunities out there that meet this criteria, especially ones where project news could be really exciting. A couple of later stage but still early in their cycle are ECR and LION where I also have a large holding. I know we have had a long wait here but I am confident we will get some news soon, these guys aren't going to just invest in anything for the sake of it and this takes time. Happy to wait and see how this works out. All the best with your investments.
Not that capex topic again. Any sniff of funding for any form of construction ie capex and this, like so many others, will fly.
is to get to 5% over the next few weeks. Happy if any sellers want to make this easier and cheaper for me that would be helpful.
that I have been a buyer here over the past few weeks. Sentiment can change very quickly for a micro cap stock, for evidence just look at the recent rise at MAFL amongst others.
Yes Comanche a great new site indeed, very professional. Lots of news expected over the coming weeks:- 1. Confirmation that % ownership of Finland has been increased and payment made, this should happen on the 28th of this month (Tuesday) 2.Results of recent drilling in India and upgrade of 351,000 JORC Ozs. 3. Funding strategies for the Indian Mining project and Environmental approval in April. 4. Launch of the Fintech Gold application by the end of March. So lots to look forward to over the next 2 months and we are still priced below the recent Director options at 2.2p. CP is a very credible CEO and we should win big here over the next 12 months and probably a lot sooner.
up again today approaching $1,260 now. All good news for KGLD.
moving up again today up $11 at $1,250, highest price since last October.
was very keen this morning buying 4 X 100K blocks in a couple of minutes. That's nearly 2% of the company. I wonder if it was Nick Price adding to his 5% holding. I have also taken this low price as an opportunity to buy. Don't think we will have to wait to much more and people will have to pay a lot more once it is released.
GLR didn't release an RNS when their price went from 1p to 4.5p. I
believe that now is the time to get into these. Valued at pretty much cash any sniff of a deal will see this much higher and with a small number of shares it will be hard to get in at all!
with a few at 6.12p. This will turn when we get news which can't be too far away.
Trevally, I think this will be another one of those that it in a few months/weeks time ask ourselves why we didnt buy now.
