The selling is relentless yet the price is still over 30% up. The MM's aren't a charity and expect to make money on these. Either a large background buy or something more exciting in the wings. AIMHO
Maybe a major has eyes on this as a cheap buy given all the turmoil. You get an awful lot of assets for under £40m
announced on their website this morning. So with yesterdays news, todays news and the ticker gathering pace could this be a pivotal point for the ZOO share price?
Yes, I like the fact that Management and II have picked up the majority of these, safe hands. Managed to pick up 400K today, pleased with that.
Time to buy is now, could recover to 4-5p by Christmas. Those getting the 70m at 3p know what a bargain this is.
looks to be in recovery mode and could break north very quickly here.
Hi cashfornuthin can't read the link, have to be signed up on FT to read it. Is this a recent storey?
I don't think the warrant holders will want to convert until we are much higher, at least 80p-100p. Look at the MTR warrant holders, they waited until the price was way above 3p before cashing in their 1p warrants. If the same happened here in the same proportion then the price would be 111p.
Thanks for the link nottsbaggie to yesterdays interview. PJ does seem rather enthusiastic about GRL. Could be game on here if people pick up on this.
Looking very strong here today, perhaps news isn't so far away?
this morning and some useful volume. Looks like people are finally catching onto this one.
It is all very quiet here considering we have been promised imminent news here. The guy from RRR was suggesting news here very soon and I would have thought we would have seen more volume. Given the small amount of free float here this could go crazy should we get the right news. I think we will.
Someone has some confidence to pay a great deal over. Game on!
So Roger John Barby has invested another £100,000 into OCT in the past few weeks and that's on top of his existing £500,000 holding. That is some vote of confidence. Can't believe he has made this investment without a great deal of research and confidence.
nicely today on very few trades. MM's seem to want stock. Chart also looks very nice for a little run up to 2p.
Someone just paid over the offer price of 1.25p. Perhaps the market it cottoning on to what this little company is all about.
Guys I forgot about the Divi. If they make what I am suggesting then they could be paying a divi of £500K or 10% return per share at current prices. Capital growth, 10% divi and a very profitable cash cow, what isn't there to like?
Surprised there isn't more interest here. I would expect a trading update before the end of April to advise how the full year to the end of March has gone. The interims had a net profit of £139K but this was after £470K of one off listing costs. So half year was actually more like £600K. It would seem that the second half should be better than the first so a full year profit of £1.2m to £1.5m less the one off £470K does seem achievable. On a P/E of say 12 this would give a valuation of some £14-£18m which equates to 3-4p a share. Add to this the cash in the bank and, in my view, we are very undervalued here.
Can buy just below the mid price @0.85. Recent director buying at 1.2p suggests this could be a very good entry point. COMs directors did the same and bought at 1-1.4p recently and after todays news they are 1.7p. Update and results expected soon.
If the seller has finished then this should be possible over the next few days and weeks. Some director buying wouldn't go a miss either. Mind you, if there is news in the offing them they can't.
