I am very happy to repeat Pensana will not be getting any ATF funding. People with scrubland in Africa (and nothing else) are generally considered unlikely to contribute to the transformation of the Uk automotive industry. I am not quite sure why China and his Merry band of uprampers find this fact so hard to absorb and accept. There has never been any ATF progression. This company has a lot of form when it comes to misleading investors.

Seriously Theo with your track record on advice and statements made over the past 12 months I would be seriously embarrassed. If however, I was being paid then that would be a different story. How anybody could spend so much time and negativity on a stock they have reportedly got no interest in goes beyond belief, unless of cause they were being paid to do so.

I think it is safe to say that the words that are written by Theo should be taken with a grain or two of salt.

SunDrum I should like to say that rather than post nonsense, the reserve of yourself and your uncle China,I stick to the facts. I believe it is appropriate to remind people that for every mining or exploration company run by Pensana the shareholders have been wiped out. I concede that with Berkeley Energia the wipe out is not yet total. I think it is right to inform people that the company is not getting any cash from the ATF, right to highlight the company’s deceit, ridiculous proclamations of world beating developments and technology followed by total silence and inactivity. This company has never ever fulfilled a single promise made. How they get away with it is beyond me. The share price falls because the balloon is leaking hot air. It has absolutely nothing to do with short selling, as you, your uncle China, Tony and others would have us believe. And yes, for what it’s worth my advice would be to sell, because if the company doesn’t get finance that is the only direction and if it does there will be an HZM style opportunity to buy in around 55/55p.

Theo not only Robbie that has lost money is it! Advice given by Theo was hold ITV at 120p current price 70p is that a 70% loss

I think it would be a mistake to sideline ITV and buy back in nearer results time. I believe the SP will continue to move up in anticipation of the results, which we already know are going to be extremely solid. Return of the dividend is also going to be a major plus. Add to this the potential for a takeover. The appetite for content amongst the big players, your Comcasts, Liberty Globals, etc is insatiable. ITV is much bigger in the US than many realise and the production arm is looking very strong and potentially immensely valuable. None of this reflected in a SP at a forward PE ratio sub 10.0. The retailers have had a great run but I see ITV coming through very strongly on the outside and I would feel sick if I reinvetsed for a couple of months only to miss the boat.

Sorry Mumbles to burst your balloon. But you are living in planet Zog. Examples of companies seeking to obtain funds from the ATF include Pensana, which owns some scrub land in an African abstention country and which is seeking planning permission for a toxic processing plant on farmland in East Yorkshire. The company does not have anything to process, has no proprietary magnet technology and no production experience but it optimistic that the UK government will write them a very large cheque. Have I missed anything out of this announcement? Is this announcement more accurate than the one you quoted? Don’t be afraid of being honest.
