Stockready, that's a lot of positives and I'm sure you've done all your "fundamental analysis" as you say.
But, no matter how much and how many conduct this so-called analysis, it's the conclusions that count, and that's where people differ and with it opinions.
I know you're convinced the lloyds SP will be 60p plus by the end of the year and I hope you're correct.
When someone mentioned that the SP was 80p six years ago, you reply was -
"So what?! Different periods ....different price... all for different reasons!!"
In the same breath you say -
"Once we wait 12 months Lloyds share price will be upper 80p" has it never occurred to you that 12 months is also a different period?
All the talk about increase in borrowing, advancing housing market etc is just rhetoric, you also mentioned the increase in dividends, well we've been there before and look what happened, seems we're just starting over again.
Everyone who goes long here is positive just like you, but remember nothing is forever.

While we're on the subject....
With the Scottish football fans descending on London for tonight's match, I've been assured that a travel ban from Scotland was never going to be implemented.
The precedent had been set before by Nicola Sturgeon, even banning a few cruise ship passengers from setting foot on Scottish soil for a few hours.
However it was thought that with Scotland's record in major competitions it would be somewhat retaliatory and cruel to deny Scottish fans this once in a lifetime visit to the capital.
After all they seem to have difficulty understanding the concept of 'once in a lifetime, or even generation.'

Not sure how all this will affect the lloyds SP.

With the market predicted to open fairly flat this morning, I can't see any 'expert' statements as to which direction Lloyds will be going.

However there's some on here who are only too pleased to impart their expert knowledge on the rest of us.
We now have a growing number of gap filling specialists who are convinced that all gaps get filled and even know the timespan.
Many were probably not aware of gaps (or if they were, paid no attention to them) until A1 started his excellent posts on the topic.

At last, it looks like the UK is to repeal the EU’s stupid directive forcing websites to put up those annoying “Accept Cookies” banners? It seems trivial, yet this small annoyance is indicative of the hundreds of thousands of trivial and anti-business regulations that have unaccountably poured out from Brussels for decades.

Nice recovery towards the recent highs in the SP here today, stands out in my o/a holdings which are mostly red today so far.

That's debatable, with more outlets than ever refusing to take cash.
Returns on cash at or near all time lows.
Major growth of debit cards, electronic transfers, and mobile payments.
Nobody uses large denomination notes.
Use of cash has been declining for years.

The general consensus on here has been that BEM have followed the application process to the letter, even providing additional information to try and appease various organisations.
It's easy to blame KB for all the delays with many blaming him for not instigating proceedings by now.
The delays are firmly with the government, but that's what you get with a proportional representation system, the tail wagging the dog.
And to think some are pushing for a similar system here, mainly the minorities, Lib Dems and the Greens.

That's the trouble, while you are waiting you could be missing yet another chance to reduce your average.
