Those figures may be pretty meaningless to you Suzy, that's because you're looking at the perspective from a local level.
Me, I'm just trying to justify my original post that you questioned, which was, "Mining doesn't usually take a high profile during national elections, it tends to be and remain a local issue," I'll stand by that.
As for LKAB, totally irrelevant, I've no idea of their business plan, governments always want more and be in control.
The north south divide is not the preserve of the UK, it's even more prevalent in Sweden, hence the need for Jokkmokk to reduce their budget. It's been in decline for years. It's difficult to stop the movement of people not only in Sweden, in fact the EU positively encourage it, :~) but you know my views on the EU.
Don't forget, we're on the same side here Suzy, in that we both want this concession granted, then I'll never invest in anything Swedish again lol.
