WG has not got some kind of bullet proof vest. It is a company that can fail like many have done before. The WG ship has not sunk yet but is floundering.

WG was holed below the water line immediately when they acquired Amec Foster Wheeler. Amec was bent and WG board continued with their near fatal acquisition knowing of bribery charges.

A no deal could just be too much for them to handle.

They are an idiotic board .

A query for you and any one else who might shine a light on any thinking that Rule 9 of takeover codes may have a bearing on any sp price that sidara will have to pay.

Rule 9 has connotations relating that any company has to pay an ammount equal to highest price paid for any prior aquired shares over a certain period, maybe up to a year before, not sure. Any views Icey. Do some digging.
