After reading the board today I can only hope for the normal debate and occasional mud slinging to resume. At least that comes with some educated banter and wit from both sides. Hopefully the men in white coats will have rounded them up over the weekend.

Give it a rest please Pete. We can all see what the share price is doing and many here have been following this for years - not just in the last 4 hours.

Good news. Now release the DFS and hit the December EIA deadline. There couldn’t be a better opportunity to hold onto the current share price gain as long as the DFS stacks up.

Don’t get suckered in. Trying to apply technical chart analysis to a share such as this, when volume is low and fundamentals shift totally on news is about as practical as trying to measure clouds with a tape measure. It sounds super clever. But it isn’t.

You can of course do that Homer. It may have been better and more interesting to share your expectations as per the question posed.

I’m having visions, difficult to make out, no wait…it’s clearing. A period of continued silence, then something, something in January, another quarterly update. Hang on, I can make out some words, “continued good progress”, “healthy discussions with relevant parties”, “on track”. But there’s something else, it’s faint, an unacknowledged delay. Change in government, revisions to DFS and EIA, more funding required. No, it’s gone. Damn it.

There was a song playing, hard to make out the lyrics “He drove the slowest project in the Czech?” Sounded oddly familiar.

To appreciate the full context of todays quarterly report it is best read and re-read whilst listening to the Benny Hill theme on loop. There's nothing more to say really.

I remain sceptical that the 10th October DFS completion payment was made until I see it in a formal announcement (no matter what anyone crows about on here). When the expected quarterly RNS lands with a revised DFS date and "continued good progress" towards the EIA "on track" for end of year, the alarm bells should be deafening. I hope to be wrong.

Cowboys1992 on Hotcopper makes a valid point that the quarterly activities/cash flow report RNS is due next week. So in the likely absence of anything else, there should at least be this.

Let's hope the recent acquisition and board changes at DRA Global haven't affected DFS progress (coughs). Three year appointment anniversary on the 2nd Feb (as I'm sure many are aware).

Bannor - if earlier post was directed at me, I’m fully up to speed with RNS’s, thanks. My point was securing DFS funding and making an obligated payment date are two different things. The 10th was the “show me the money” date. I was expecting an RNS, given the value and importance to say payment has been made, has not been made, or been deferred - but can’t find anything. Happy to be corrected.

Any indication that the October 10th cash call payment to complete the DFS was met by EMH?

Or are we waiting for the extension/excuse RNS for that too?
