Unless I am mistaken or another deferral agreed the $1.25M in claim becomes $2.25M in October when the 18 month milestone ($1M) from licence acquisition takes effect.

Final CEOL ratification needed urgently.

Disappointing and distracting, particularly when financial and operational partners are being courted with due diligence being done. Here’s hoping for a timely, and as being messaged, non-impacting resolution.

@ Jemesa. If you wanna be taken seriously please stop making stuff up. There’s balance somewhere between what you and others post. Not everything is totally awful (although I’m more inclined to think it is heading this way) but equally not everything is super duper happy flappy positive.

Not everything has to be twisted to either extreme.

@TheLord1. Ta. I guess we can only brace when Metals One start to offload warrants. Their share price seems on its knees too at the moment.

@TheLord1 Glad you are back. Forgive perhaps basic question but why are you looking at to determine a sales from Metals One has gone through today? I thought they were fully out bar 20M in warrants?

@vzjmh0 In order to list on ASX a share price must be above $0.20 ASD so about 10p. If the share price doesn’t climb after CEOL rubber stamping news etc then we can expect a reverse share split to meet ASX listing requirements.

Would recommend reading the financial report to help understand how fragile the EMH position has been, and still is. A better use for calculators. Simply no urgency. Where's the EIA public release?

09:32 - I'm along for the ride. Appreciate how a reverse split technically works - but my point is, if needed, it certainly wasn't expected. A sub 10p share price on the back of CEOL award and PFS release wasn't the expectation. Positives remain however. Let's see what they say. I've budgeted for a new laptop ;)

I'll need a new laptop if I have to listen to our broker tell us how much he has personally invested and how underwater he is again. The two key news events (CEOL and PFS) that needed to sustain the share price above $0.20 ASD for ASX admission haven't delivered as yet. I'm keen to understand how we expect to list on AIM without a share consolidation/reverse split action. This with the backdrop of our non-strategic, non-investment partner no doubt sat with their trigger finger on the exercise and sell button of 20M warrants. PFS looks alright on first glance though. If only all the positivity that will no doubt be on the call could translate into a sustained share price increase...

The brief uptick yesterday was a result of China cutting battery export rebates pushing the price of lithium up a touch. Job adverts moving the needle and instant £1 party talk. Seriously, get a grip.

@CityOfDelight, help me out. I can't see a general lithium market correction from any Dec/Jan high. What many many stocks are you referring too?
