MET1 still have 5.85M shares and 20M exercisable warrants. They may be out of the picture for the next few weeks but I expect them to sell hard again into any PFS release and CEOL rubber stamping news spikes (I of course could be wrong) Far from an investment partner - just a very expensive £1M raise.

Spot on @TheLord1. The legal action needs to be confirmed as finalised too. Whilst it didn’t affect the CEOL process (as was promised) I don’t want to read that there is suddenly an unforeseen financial obligation…

I am correct in thinking that MET1 have no restrictions on when they can exercise their warrants? i.e they could exercise their total warrant holding in a single transaction and then sell instantly.

The POSCO rumours are interesting to a point, but sadly we have heard how advanced things are before - to find out that it is total bs.

10 week average volume is 2M. Daily volume in that same time period ranges from 70k to 1.4M.

@LuckyLaurie, I’m simply sharing info that I thought relevant in the wider context of EU lithium, a good post from Cowboys1992. It wasn’t evidence of anything.

If we want to use evidence as a negative spin on EMH then we need to look no further than the DFS and the share performance since.

@daltry I get where you are coming from but $0.20 AUD is the minimum requirement for ASX admission.

We really don’t want to see 8-9p revisited between now and ASX compliance listing…

@TheLord1. I wholeheartedly agree with your view on Metals One, having also voiced concerns at the time. It was an awful deal for us, an absolute give away. The sooner they are out the better.

I hope the negotiations with future partners are far stronger and we don’t just roll over when someone opens their purse. Cutfield appointment could be key.

@Hammertimes as I said, I hope the expected news arrives this week, but I’ll remain reserved given previous CEO commitments on award timing. I’d personally prefer a CEO to stick to the recognised timing (early April) to then surprise and delight the market with good news if it lands - rather than express several hoped for news dates, which then get missed. It just doesn’t build confidence on future project milestones. This has everything going for it on the basis the CEOL is awarded. Fingers crossed.

I hope this happens and doesn’t prove to be more misplaced optimism when it comes to the timing. He said Feb or sooner immediately after the Jan submission.

The timing (not withstanding the government change) was always clear. 45 working days from the submission deadline - exactly as it was in ‘25. So first week of April.

Let’s see what tomorrow brings.
