It’s a few months old and I’m not for a moment suggesting our CEOL is going to be rejected by the comptroller. Article suggests comptroller process changes may be being implemented, and a total of 10 CEOLs are now caught up in the process. Where we rank in that list - who knows. Hopefully positive news this month.

I see this differently. Accepting there may be a possible news freeze immediately before an AGM, why would news warranting an RNS, especially good news, not be announced prior to the event? The board are asking shareholders for further reward – much easier to say yes to that on the back of recent good news.

My take is that there are three newsworthy events, already indicated in previous RNS’s that are due. None of them are particularly good in the short-term.

There is still no visible EIA public hearing date. No public hearing date confirmation in CENIA either. If I have the timelines involved in this correct it now can’t be delivered in full to meet the current 30th June JTF approval deadline.

The cross-border EIA process timeline hasn’t been clarified. Small amount of research suggests this is going to take 4-6 months.

Geomet funding still not clarified. Whether there is a cash call from Geomet or not, EMH cash balance is going to be on fumes early Q3. A raise, at a discount, is again likely.

Precisely. Which is why I fully expect all resolutions to pass. Then in June we can find out:-

The EIA cross border process is going to take 4-6 months. The JTF deadline will be extended. The size of the next fund raise needed by Geomet, or EMH, or both.

It's still a concern that we haven't had clarification on the Geomet funding situation. Coughlan seems to have checked out further with continued focus elsewhere...but I could be wrong.

Well unless something changes we are slowly walking towards an end of Q2 raise regardless of any Geomet clarification. Can expect this to be at a 13% - 15% discount given history. If this coincides with a last minute RNS in June that the EIA has needed significant changes and the 30th June deadline is to be renegotiated, expect a further drop.

Of course that all changes with some miraculous, confirmed positive news.

Why on earth would anyone endorse Coughlan? Radio silent for months on end. Couldn’t hit a DFS date if his life depended on it. Submitted an invisible EIA on the very last possible day to meet potential grant deadline. On the board of both Geomet and EMH but still can’t clarify whether the Geomet fund raising statement in the accounts is valid. Apparently in the ships bridge but doesn’t have his hands on the wheel. Paid handsomely for diluting his recent focus to another companies.

Barely delivering a project that’s already years late.

Cash halved in first qtr despite no cash outflows for Cinovec associated costs.
