By end of April if a bidder wants to proceed then they need to notify under 2.7 they have firm intention to make an offer then have 28 days to make a formal offer to shareholders which takes you to end of May

Then from start of June shareholders have 28 days to accept or it becomes unconditional if they receive 50% of approvals

Any stage could obviously drag out

Would not be a good look for Rockefeller and Goodwin if the bidders they bring to the table are lowball offers, they will also get a significant lower fee if a deal does not materialise, lawyers/tax advisor get their fee either way for their time spent but the agents make their bucks by closing deals

Last time they cancelled the strategic review because the offers were not high enough, this time it sounds like the early round bids are high enough to do a deal
