2025 $90m and $5m are they kind of numbers Cavendish would come up with and Stuart would repeat in presentations

That would mean December revenue of $17m revenue - triple last year

$5m profit would mean they are going to do less profit in Q4 25 then they did last year

$82m revenue in 2025 then for 2026 add the $4.4m Adelicious Jan-July revenue that wasn't included in last years results = $86.4m then you would hope they do at least 5-10% more in 2026 so $95m+ is a real possibility or more if things really take off

With even higher margins in 2026 then $8-9m profit doesn't sound crazy either and then what do they do with all the cash?

That's why I don't even care about a takeover, do another acquisition in Germany or Spain and they'll get to a double digit valuation without even trying hard

You'll never hear it during the presentations and Cavendish will get their forecasts wrong as usual so better I calculate it myself

Volume dropping again, don't think MMs will be able to play the games they did last year anymore with the share squeeze. Just got to sit tight pick up more where you can and wait for the boom!

Margins in 30s % similar to other market leaders with Showcase increasingly largest revenue driver

2026 profit $8-$10m, no longer adjusted due to onerous contracts so closer to the actual cash coming in to the business

All cash generated used to fund acquisitions or JVs in Germany and Spain, settle Adelicious deferred payments

Can now also tap the debt markets to fund growth plans

I'm not in the camp thinking there will be a takeover right now but doesn't mean rumours go away or someone bidding even higher later for the business

US listing finally on the cards as cross $100m revenue $10m profit hurdle
