@cloudsurfer - so some people keep saying but this activity is highly irregular. I’ve been investing/trading for 20 years, and not seen this number of rollovers (if that’s what they are) before at this level with any other AIM company.

More than happy for someone more knowledgeable to explain how they know they are rollovers, and why we are seeing this so frequently on KZG, but just over the last few weeks.

Unfortunately we see this so often. The deeper your pockets, the more the market will bend to your wishes. So someone wanted to buy a few million shares at a lower price, market was moved down to fill that order, and the broker gets a nice commission. They are laughing at those that have to play by the rules.

@max19 that thought had crossed my mind too. Or there is a buy order being filled which will be reported after hours .

With Trump introducing tariffs and creating instability in the markets, gold will likely increase further as a safe haven. All it will take is one RNS confirming production (which is apparently imminent) and this could have a significantly positive impact on the GWMO share price.

Considering that there have been many of these “paired” (or more) trades, I really don’t think it is someone moving stock from one account to another. It’s not something I have seen with such regularity with other shares, so I am led to believe these are in fact individual “unrelated” trades, maybe by the same purchaser who is perhaps slowly but surely acquiring a significant number of shares in an orderly fashion that won’t move the market. If it is a large buy order and once it is fulfilled , then perhaps we will get more news and the SP will be allowed move.

Not good to get this kind of news which, if it is accurate, I would have thought should have been in an RNS as it’s business-critical (even though there is mention of generators in previous RNS, I can’t see anything that says non-operational through 2024 - happy to be corrected).

Hardly a ramp, just pointing out that gold price is increasing. It’s a statement of fact that anyone producing and selling gold would financially benefit from that. IF GWMO do deliver what they promise in respect to processing gold, one can only deduct that they will be able to sell it for more than they could previously.

My patience has run very thin with GWMO and I’m sitting on a large % drop, so I’m just sitting it out for a while longer to see if they can deliver both on gold, and of course copper which, for balance, is currently not increasing in price, and some way off its highs of last year. If by the end of Q1 there is no significant news or upward movement of the share price, then I will likely take my losses.

Who else is eagerly checking for an RNS each morning? This is really is in an inflection point in KZG's lifecycle when the next news release could be absolutely explosive for the MCAP. I hoped to be out of AIM by the end of 2024, but need to hang in there for the time being to allow this time to play out. If we can take at face value what DE reports and claims (and I do not have any reason not to, in fact quite the opposite as I think he is being transparent and honest) then the valuation of KZG could become clear by the end of Q1. And what does that look like? In referencing my previous post analysing DE's previous comments and projections in the StockBox interview where I suggested a conservative MCAP of £400m when Perdevelie is accounted for, then with the current shares in issue that will deliver a 41.5p share price. That could have a life-changing impact on my finances.

Not long to wait, but it's like watching a kettle come the boil.

Rewatchingthe StockBox interview, DE talks about a valuation on current assets and production of £40m, not the £14m where it was at the time and then says its 10x, 20x or 30x or more from that for Perdevlei. Even at 10x he appears to be assuming a £400m MCAP when Perdevlei kicks in which is 28x from that MCAP, or 23x from todays MCAP. Holy Mary! If this does play out in the way that DE is so confident of, then this will make a lot of people very rich.
