RE: SYME - First Tradeflow End to End Transaction Confirmed for Goods In Warehouse and Transit24 Jun 2022 09:07

Yesterday’s RNS Reach was a course a positive but being able to finance a bulk commodity crop Coffee in a warehouse isn’t a big step away from financing a bulk commodity crop in a ship imho.
For second six months of year, Tradeflow revenue was £259,000 and it lost £407,000 on that revenue. So Tradeflow revenue will have to more than triple before Tradeflow starts to generate a profit to offset SYME losses of over £1 million and central costs of nearly £3 million.
It didn’t prove that SYME can raise finance for its own much more complex IM process and that it’s no debt via True Sale works.
In just over 3 months time we should get interim 2022 numbers which should shed further light on financial progress at SYME I am expecting losses in region of £2 .5 to £3 million, possibly more.
In a few days SYME will get approval to issue up to a further 26 billion shares and new round of Venus Capital share sales will commence.
