They attack every positive opinion, every positive piece of news and every positive poster. Pboo. Persimmon, Mirasol and others refuse to so much as admit to the fact the company has majorly progressed in the past 12 months, moving to a debt free, profitable, dividend paying cash generating entity, they cannot post one single positive comment on this achievement, preferring instead to suggesting the buy back will go to line the boards pockets, the Wressle well is past its best, JV partners are in financial limbo, you name it, any piece of rubbish they can come up with to take away any positive feeling here. It's a joke, just like Winnifroth and his nasty, vindictive and unfounded articles against DB.

It's quite obvious that like me, she is just a dedicated investor in Union Jack defending her investment. When you see the number of posts referencing her on here every day, there lies the issue. You encourage her response, for every one post she makes there are a dozen attacks on it, ensuring her comments are always in view lol. You lot are the problem not the answer.

I am sure you know the answer to that Mickey, but just for you, Reabold have a direct holding of 16.665%, then they have a larger holding through their major shareholding if Rathlin. This would allow them to sell off their Reabold % if they needed to raise cash but still hold a substantial % through Rathlin. It would be a good way to raise a considerable sum and still substantially benefit from their remaining investment. The problem would be finding anyone to take their percentage, nobody has any cash other than Union jack and I wouldn't like to see the company more exposed regardless of the COS.

Rathlin have private Canadian investors who will keep them going. Reabold 'could' dispose of their 16.66% even. Lots of financing options available I would have thought.

The drill is set, there's nothing to suggest it won't happen. It's costing Union Jack nothing to wait. In fact, cash is building at such a rate, the longer it takes the better. Union Jack's share of costs will seem like a drop in the ocean. I hope Biscathorpe approval is given and we drill that with a substantial % or Wressle developed further, West Newton can take as long as it takes imo

Rathlin can, as in the past, secure the financing privately, they will get it on the likely perceived outcome of the drill. Its a good gamble for a few of their big investors. Reabold in affect have a small percentage in their own right, I see no issues or any difficulty financing this years drill. I am sure the two of them will sort it, it's too big not to.

Canchat, in my opinion there is no comparison between UJO and RBD in terms of risk. In reality, Reabold have everything pinned on West Newton. Union Jack have West Newton as a potential diamond, that if found to be paste, will make a very small dent in their finances and they will simply carry on with the Wressle development, possibly Biscathorpe, definitely Keddington, maybe North Kelsey etc etc. With little chance of any dilution and and the capability to increase revenues substantially, they are way ahead of the game compared to Reabold. It's my view that if West Newton comes in, they will be saved, a massive cash reward. If it doesn't, then they will be as good as finished. This makes Union Jack the non-gamble option and the safer long term investment case.

In 12 months or so, Union Jack has moved to profitability, it is debt free and raking in the cash, not only removing the main AIM fear for any investor of a placing, but building a safety net of some size which is increasing month on month by approximately £750,000. Nobody can contest that this an impressive achievement and it is likely to continue for the forseeable future. OK, so the SP remains stagnant, but common sense dictates that this will not remain the case. Moan now but will you still be moaning when Keddington side track commences or Biscathorpe planning granted and drilling commences there too? When operations commence at West Newton? Any of these three will kick start the move northward, 2023 will, in my opinion see the the value of the company way higher than it is now. And I would put money on that!

Yes Funstar. Let's get rid of the person that has taken UJO to profitability by making the right decisions in which assets to invest in lol. So it's taken time, but a fresh faced school boy couldn't make planning move faster, couldn't speed up the operator or expedite timeframes. DB has over 40 years experience in this industry and is as sharp as any younger entity. The present state of the company does not merit a change of leadership. It is quite obvious the company is on track for substantial revenues and a 'bright future'.

at Wressle, if a few things go to plan this year, with the additional production from the Peni*stone flags, the sale of gas which it would seem they have an outlet to, the overall production could be doubled quite easily.

At 2000 bopd which I think based on what we know would be quite achievable, for Union Jack this would equate to 800 bopd. At $80 a barrel, which it seems to be possibly a fair average price looking forward, we would be looking at a revenue of approximately $23,000,000 or £18,500,000 in sterling. Of course, if Keddington were drilled and Biscathorpe, things could be off the scale. And this is no ramp, it's a strong possibility.

Why oh why are you so negative on Union Jack and their JV partners? It seems almost personal, you cannot even allow a day of positive feeling to go longer than a few hours before you start your negativity. Wressle has done nothing but advance in production and revenues and you, who professes to be in the industry, know full well that timescales and delays are all part of the process. Wressle has taken years, but in the past 18 months or so, Union Jack, Egdon and Europa have been in receipt of millions of pounds of revenues, the well has been free flowing constantly, no water, increasing volumes, so sign of any depletion or slow down, yet you still continue to spread your negativity. Very strange.
