Just in case you missed my post30 Jan 2023 16:13
which has been drowned out, as expected, by 50 odd, mostly crass comments...... which justifies my comments below.
It's a shame that this bulletin board is utilised by a small number of posters to trash the company daily, regardless of the obvious achievements over the past 18 months.
It's easy to keep remarking on past failures, but the people on here doing this are failing to credit the company with the way things have turned around, preferring to use the share price as the only significant issue.
Nobody is saying the previous placings weren't a big disappointment, nobody is saying mistakes weren't made, but these are very unlikely ever to be repeated.
An AIM listed company that evolves into a profitable, debt free and cash rich entity isn't that common. Union Jack Oil has entered a new phase and needs to be perceived as such. The share price will obviously re-rate over time, with the shares in issue being reduced and the cash balance increasing, these two points alone will see that happen.
The company has a few game changing assets that if only one comes in, a marked increase in value is as good as guaranteed.
The fight is to rid itself of the day traders and be recognised as a good forward investment. This is not easy for any AIM listed stock as everyone expects to make a 100% profit within a few weeks, those days are gone.
There is a level of negativity on here that in my opinion is no longer valid. It is coming from people who are not invested and seem to purely enjoy the fun of anonymously exercising their opinions that are outdated or just spiteful.
The question really is why would people spend so much time trying to damage the investments of people they do not know? Attacking people they do not know? They are obviously not invested, do they not have family or friends to use that time more beneficially?
Union Jack is fast becoming a solid, long term investment and some people either cannot see that or don't wish to see that. The next 12 months, even with no other asset introduction, will see Wressle alone produce substantial revenues for the company, ensuring no placings, enough cash to cover any further drilling into additional oil bearing zones, equipment purchases to increase gas/electricity output and any other expenditure without so much as denting the cash balances.
Fantastic position to be in and all the negativity by a few is totally unwarranted moving forward,
