Agreed Cast. Great news, wrong time of for release. Late Friday afternoon when the weather is beaming as it is isn’t going to catch the attention of many. 7am this morning would’ve more preferable so the market could’ve digested properly before open. Would’ve at least expected a 10% day then. Revel in more positive news, if not a positive appreciation in sp, will more strongly hinted to come. News like this reaffirms the investment case for me and for those looking from the sidelines. Market will correct us at some point guys. Have a great weekend.

It was obviously done very shortly before the RNS was released. Andrew Scott tweeted just before the RNS how nice it was to catch up with AP whilst he was in London so I suspected an interview had been conducted for a general PR chit chat, but certainly not for this. This announcements adds another strong to the bow and i continue to hold with increased confidence. AP will keep on delivering, if that I’m more convinced than ever.

Super impressed with how he steering the ship. The re-rate will come here, believe me. As he add value so will the market catch up and price us accordingly.

If someone has a limit buy order on the book and the MM’s aren’t getting enough shares to fill they will drop the price falsely to get those shares. Not saying that’s the case here as there has been some shares sold today but I’ve seen it plenty of times where an sp has dropped only for large buys to turn up.

Launching a legal battle with the Rom Gov will do us and the sp no favours at all. I believe the hold up has been due to the political turmoil of late in Romania. We've paid $1.6m to facilitate the acquisition of this licence and I would like to think this wasn't handed over lightly. Given that we've now got the backing of Mercuria I'm of the mindset that we're in the best possible position to finally acquire the licence. As stated in the RNS on 18th Oct last year - Baita SA also added in its letter, "We assure you that Baita SA will give all the necessary support to complete the association operation under the 999/1999 Exploitation Concession License of the polymetallic ore." - so we have the backing of the state also when it comes to acquiring. I'm sure AP is working his socks off to get this over the line.
