This bulletin has again been released as a GNW (check on on Investegate) rather than an RNS and as such has again failed to appear here on LSE which i think doesn't do the news exposure any favours. Can you please get in touch with AP and ask him to address this issue please.

Buko, I contacted LSE and they said it wasn’t released as an RNS but rather a GNW and this is the reason it didn’t show up (if you go to the Investegate site you’ll see GNW against the release). I made the point to LSE that regardless of this fact it still should’ve been visible on this site. They said they would contact developers and data suppliers over this but I don’t hold much faith. This site is shoddy at best on times. ORT, that’s exactly what I was getting at but struggling due to some fine wine intake. Good post.

Could the acquisition of this new asset also be tied in with granting of BP? I don’t mean directly but as in AP agreeing to step up the footprint of VAST in Rom in return for a guarantee that the association license is finally and definitely granted to us? Just spitballing so could be way off the mark but I can’t help think this part of a wider picture.

Very happy with this. No dilution to VAST shareholders and clearly structured so that it’s value accretive. This demonstrates to me Rom opening up and how much of a major player VAST will be the country. Superb work again from AP.

I’ve never come across such a bunch of needy investors. I want, I want, I want. Give AP some credit, NOBODY until now has got it this close and NONE of us know what it’s like to deal with Romanian bureaucracy.

Cast, you’d be surprised at how much price fixing does go on. When the MM’s get caught out big time they then usually approach the company and offer a discounted funding in order to get themselves off the hook. Doesn’t matter if it’s AIM, if there’s money to be made they’ll have a go.
