The costs of tubing were prohibitive then versus what they were getting from it, I dread to think what they would be like now. For the company to refinance it would need to be able to show that it could meet its liabilities which it currently cannot, otherwise who else is going to take on the risk of a company that cannot increase revenue through increased production? It needed a placing because it missed one shipment, so therefore not hard to discern that it's living hand to mouth, or worse, eating that hand. More than likely if it does indeed survive it'll end back in an Atlas type re-finance situation as that is the only thing they'll likely get.
