Having just seen the pics on Twitter HZM put out, albeit not the best quality I will admit, the kit looks like it may need substantial refurbishment at some point.
Am I the only one who’s a little peeved at this announcement? I don’t believe for one second that this opportunity has just suddenly presented itself. I’m sure JM will have been aware of this before the whole finance package was signed off so why wasn’t this pursued prior and maybe, just maybe, would have limited the amount of dilution we’ve suffered?
They've increased their short position.

Timbo, here's a link to Block Energy CH page. Scroll down, you'll see Shaun Coleman and Roy Tucker both listed as having been previous officers in the company. From there you check out Tuckers previous/current appointments by clicking on his name. Note the correspondence address for both Vast Romania and Block Energy. Not hard to see Coleman and Tucker are/have been associated.

CT, wrt your comment of 'Who will give debt financing to a company with no income?'. There is appetite out there for sure, look at what HZM have just achieved. What needs to be assessed here though is what the makeup of any financing package would be. Any debt provider will not assume all the risk so there will need to be an equity component raised by the company. Just how much and at what price? This is one to keep an eye for sure, but there needs to be a much clearer picture of how we get Dundas financed and into production and when that is most likely to be achieved.
They've increased their short according to this.

Same here. Disappointed with the lack of progress. Genuinely appears as they've done nothing this year wrt to advancing Dundas in any shape or form. What's happened with the US EXIM bank? Why no mention of them?
'Also in 2022, the Company will commence pre-construction activities at Dundas targeted at preparing and de-risking the commencement of the primary construction period and associated sealifts.' How vague is that statement? WHEN in 2022? Early 2022, mid 2022, late 2022?? Old Rod played a blinder dumping that stock when he did. Still think this is solid investment but it's all about timing and I think there's plenty of time to get back in this, probably around this level of sp too.
First time shorts disclosed. Explains a lot.

Not just that, but why have the bod not participated in the raise? JM stated categorically in a video interview that they would be taking part, instead they award themselves options. That has left a rather bitter taste in my mouth I must admit.
I agree Woodster, and I hope we buck the trend.
GGP has just short of 4bn in issue, current mcap of £580m. Sentiment drives a lot of shares on AIM, ours has taken a bit of a bashing today with the fundraise, price and level of dilution. It will return in time. My only concern is the mentioned consolidation. Never known any company, without positive news to push it higher, that has seen it's sp rise post consolidation.
I don't have it wrong, I know who you are.
Exactly CT, to raise this amount versus the market cap is a massive achievement along with still retaining 100% ownership of both assets. Huge news. This secures the route to production. Anyone remember the SXX debacle of late? We could've easily ended up on that path. This is a stellar de-risking event, especially for a small cap company on its maiden voyage to production, let's not forget that part. Craigie, a great post as usual from yourself. Agree with every word.
Watch this rise steadily into double figures over the coming weeks as market digests just what has happened here and what will happen going forwards. Do not sell, I repeat do not sell.
Standard regulatory wording. They have to state it that way until all is signed off. This equity portion will secure that completion.
Interesting article. Massive amounts of cash being mentioned. Nickel demand only going one way long term.

Reggie, thanks for relaying. I agree with your comment on the fact that they chose to respond at all; very re-assuring. Dotting of the "i's" and crossing of the "t's" is what's happening. We know this is a highly complex package, with many involved parties and counterparty agreements needing to be agreed upon, not to forget this is also multi-jurisdictional too so will undoubtedly take some to chew through all the details. As JM has previously alluded, offtake and cornerstone were 95% complete anyway so just the finer details to be completed here. It's coming folks.
Started looking at this to buy in at some point. Anyone have any views on a share consolidation happening at some point or do most think we'll stay with the current amount of shares in issue?
Your 'guess'.......wow, thanks for that.
Annoying and frustrating seller at it again. Really getting on my nerves now.
Uggy, I didn't get to see the video personally as it taken down before I was able to watch. Did Bo actually say a placing would take place? Thanks in advance.
