There is so much substance underpinning this investment. I have seen small companies with less to offer being bought out for £100m+.

My reason for holding for the long term is my belief that the penny will eventually drop. Like other investors, it surprises me that despite several recent signs of progress, the share price continues to stagnate at the current level?

The AGM date, announced this morning (June 29) is on the cusp of H2. Perhaps, by then, Synairgen may be in a position to announce further details of the company sponsored trials, which will commence in the second half of the year?

Optimistic investors like myself inevitably seek signs 💡 of progress in all company announcement. On paper, the future plans, although not what I expected, seem robust enough? They have taken their time to arrive at this point. Should the outcome of the data harvesting process display strong enough signals, our prospects will rapidly improve.

In principle, its purposes ( see link below) are to confirms that, for a third country exporting active substances to the EEA:

1. the standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) are equivalent to those in the EU/EEA.

2. the manufacturing plant is subject to regular inspections (which may be both announced and unannounced).

3. significant non-compliance events would be communicated to the EEA without delay.

Owing to last year’s misfortune, the regular contributors are only interested in the long term picture. There is little expectation of significant change until the company chooses to release a piece of news to change the overall scenario. GLALTIs

The little boiler room gang who followed the share prophets guy have been blown away to oblivion. Good riddance to them. It has been a long wait. Time to enjoy the ride. It is a bit premature, but I am looking at a new car at some stage. 0.4p and that aspiration becomes a reality. GLALTIs.

Synairgen’s attendance at the ATS conference has been reinforced by a different twitter/LinkedIn post following their initial announcement.

Although my pessimism as regards to any development in the short term remains, the company appear to be focusing on this conference?

Synairgen remains an investment for the longer term

( current target price: 100p) in my portfolio. However, any positive announcement would be more than appreciated at present.

I believe that the thread on which we corresponded was removed. My posts in particular were targeted and my posting history was temporarily shut down. The LSE management kindly restored my account this morning.

Both your posts, and my own offered a reasonable point of view. In particular, we were displeased by the conduct of the CEO and Board over the last 15 months. A glance at the 12 month share price graph fully justifies this opinion.

Sadly, there are individuals who remain strongly on board with the company’s actions, who choose to cancel the comments of others that disagree with them. In the past, I have participated in threads that have been taken down. Never before has my account been disrupted. It may sound like a conspiracy theory, but I believe that it was personal. Having sounded off about it yesterday, I won’t elaborate further.

Ironically, we are all mostly on the same side on this forum. The trolls can be green binned and it should be possible to engage in a sensible dialogue. Docdaneeka rightly commented yesterday that the company is in a state of stagnation for the time being. We really need some substance concerning the direction towards future trialling. The occasional vague and misleading comments from the CEO over the last 15 months have offered nothing meaningful to investors IMHO.

We are on the same page as regards the future potential of this investment, and appear to be in a similar position, although I am uncomfortably over-invested in Synairgen.

I will contribute to this forum in the future if I think that I have anything worthwhile to say, and have now added the unpleasant company stooge to my filtered list to avoid subsequent negativity.

I remain optimistic about the future, more from the fact that that TFG remain fully invested than from the underwhelming conduct of the CEO and BOD during the last 15 months. TFG probably know more than we do, and we will need to tough it out until the CEO finally releases the necessary information for a positive impact on the share price. Meanwhile the silence continues apart from the oft repeated Synairgen twitter/LinkedIn carousel.

Although I am still able to post for the time being, the account has been cancelled. When you click on my moniker, it is evident that the entire account has been removed.

I am convinced that TommyD_19 is the culprit. The spiteful comments that he has directed towards some very informative posters such as Trinityman and Docdaneeka, for example, as well as myself, in the past are indicative of his/her true nature. It is merely the fact that our views are not in agreement with his/her opinions. Nothing else.

I have written to the LSE Administrator expressing my surprise at their action, but also to thank them for providing me with a forum to enable investors to exchange sensible views.

It is good to see that some buying has commenced in the lead up to next week’s meeting, where we may finally have a statement outlining the company’s future direction.

I apologise for introducing negativity tio this forum yesterday. This is because I have been invested for a considerable time and am currently well down in my investment. To continuously witness a dwindling share price, with so much positive input this year, is disheartening.

Everything I have read to date points to a considerable recovery in the share price, possibly as early as later this year? Next week may well provide us with a statement of the company’s future intentions?

Welcome back TommyD_19. That must be the understatement of the year.

As ever, I find myself becoming annoyed with your insinuations. I am no company bashing troll, but a foolish investor, who is still sustaining huge paper losses after 15 months. I agree with you in trying to maintain some positivity in any situation. If you bothered to read beyond the first few lines of my contribution, before leaping in with your disdain, as you usually do, you would find that my hope for recovery lies with the fact that TFG’s investment remains firmly in place. The CEO, on the other hand, has given investors nothing of any substance in the last 15 months.

Your definition of “substance” differs from mine.

IMHO a substantial update would bring about a partial share price recovery. The company has not managed that since Feb 2022. In fact they have merely added considerably to their cash burn since then, and sustain execs on the payroll, who are not in a position to contribute anything at present.

Your naivety in labelling me as a company bashing troll is as misguided as if I chose to accuse you of being a company stooge, hidden in plain sight on this forum. Both accusations are equally silly. It is high time for you to realise that there are genuinely concerned investors, who are hugely disappointed with the company’s lack of progress since Feb 2022.

Despite the undoubted good news that investors have received this year so far, there has been very little market interest in response? We have seen short lived spurts and fallbacks, nothing else?

Like others on this forum, I am puzzled by the lowering of the share price following insignificant share price sell transactions?

If, as some believe, this is due to a major shareholder manipulating the market for further future gain through CLNs, then he should hang his head in shame.

Should we see a share price surge, due to a T/O bid for example, he will profit massively. I find it difficult to believe that he is holding the company back just to add to what would prove to be a huge increment to the value of his shareholding?

There are 49 research groups participating in poster session B61 between 11.30 and 13.15 on 22/05/2023 at the ATS conference. Synairgen are number 40 on the list. As in previous years, the scale of the event is huge.

Your information suggests that it will be similar to the presentation given at the 7th ISIRV - AVG Conference recently. Victoria Tear has participated in previous conferences, and in one of the podcasts. She strikes me to be a safe pair of hands; it is good that she is involved.
