Not that i can see bothwell. the report on 30/8/22 (which is the last reference i can see to singapore) stated "orient is proceeding with obtaining market authorisation in singapore ,philippines, malaysia and brunei". these countries are not, so far as i can see, mentioned again in any official announcements. so what happened? if I've missed something happy to be told so, but if not, it is yet another, to my mind completely unacceptable, example of market being give certain information which is never properly concluded. if it was worthy of inclusion to state the intention to proceed to authorisation, surely the successful completion of that process (or its abandonment or failure) is equally worthy of reporting. anyway,no point me ranting on about it. i no longer, sadly, expect any proper market reporting over and above the necessary statutory requirements re results etc.
Very simply,if any of the positive scenarios envisaged by those who espouse the "bigger picture"school of thought come to pass,no one will remember the rns about share options. no guarantee the bigger picture will ever happen, but my view is that it will. hence, for me the options are a sideshow. i respect alternative views, although i do not share them.
Agreed,sb10000.very good links imo.comments about the dilution are just a sideshow, imo. bigger picture here to be seen in due course.
61% premium to monday's close.
Fair enough bignose. all water under the bridge as they say. been out in the garden this morning spreading some manure ,which in the circumstances here seems very apposite. not sure what brand it was, but something like "mellon's magic" i think! gla.
Morning keith. looks like we are all singing pretty much off the same song sheet. doubt there is much chance of anyone seeking to acquire fortacin. does DLI have any value? probably not. still inclined to think mellon may seek to take it private.no doubt we all recall the assertions that the listing alone was worth 40 cents. what a load of nonsense that was.
Morning bignose. how indeed? results in just over 3 weeks i expect, but hard (impossible if i'm honest) to see any positive news, as if there have been any positive developments they would surely have announced them. we shall see.
Just picked up on the fact that renalytix has announced today that it is appointing stifel as advisor to deal with the formal sales process which it has launched today after the approach from a possible third party acquirer. fum ppointed stifel as its joint broker in middle of febuary, a move which i personally found extremely interesting. im certainly not suggesting that fum are about to launch a formal sale prices. far from it, as i am sure they will want the increasing sales rollout to have plenty of time to bear fruit, but i do think it is an indication of what the board sees as the future direction of travel. just felt it was interesting to make the reference, but obviously nothing more than speculation on my part at this point.
Amused to see the tag team this morning. none too subtle!
onsolid, agree. pleased to see reference to further degearing, which is exactly what you want to hear s we move to interest rates pivot.
Things moving forward as expected.
Spahawk, you need ro read the formal RNSs regarding results etc. you will find it has proven effective in approximately 60/65% of users.it has never been claimed to work for everyone .the point is that it has been shown to work for a majority of users and on that basis the negative reviews need to be seen as not reflective of the majority of real world users. imo
Franlian, its a mug's game to predict s/ps, as there are so many unknowns and possible variables. however, as you have asked,my own personal prediction is that ultimately Fum will be taken over in some way,as i see this as L/O's only realistic exit strategy. i do not think this will be for less than 100p per share. purely personal opinion and no advice intended whatsoever. good luck with you investment..
Afternoon albert.sorry you have had a disappointing response.looks like the wait goes on for a proper substantive development.i will post anything i get from HL as and when.
Agree, yesimabeliever.unless the current leases are on favourable terms(i.e. less than market value rents), then moulding's status as landlord is not material.he could be awkward, but the company tenants, as separate legal entities, have rights which would subsist absent moulding as ceo. aimo
Glad to hear that, londondan. let us hope the market comes round to our thinking when we have more transparency on sales etc. i'm confident it will.
For me the haleon reference just serves to emphasise the current disconnect between the s/p and the potential value. aimo.
Afternoon, dominicus. only just seen your post as i'm not currently invested here and don't follow the board on a daily basis.my reference to institutional investors was simply in response to an earlier post referencing the perceived need for further investment in anic.i did think it actually referred to institutional investors, but i can't find the post in question now, so perhaps it was simply my interpretation.anyway,my point was simply that, imo, institutions might well find the shellbay aspect off-putting. as you say, there is a certain level of opacity which makes it difficult to assess and as I've mentioned before the New Agrarian aspect is also a tad unclear.do the private investors benefit from shellbay's advice etc, for which the public investors in anic pay the fees? im not suggesting that is the case, as i simply do not know, but it is an aspect which might concern potential investors. as i say im not currently invested (i have been in the past) and i hope it works out for those who are.
Https://www.napster.com/us/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2022/06/Napster-Litepaper-V1.pdf also if you are interested as to how you may be able to use the tokens you could read the napster 3.0 litepaper which explains the "vision" .the tokens won't be useable/tradeable until end of march(projected date ,so you need to follow the news for confirmation). no idea yet as to value, but there will be 10 billion issued. also ,as albert kindly point out,i have posted the text of the messages i have had from HL regarding how holders on that platform can access them.if,as sounds to be the case, you have the holdings on one of the trading platforms, you may ,of course, get detailed advice from you own platform provider. just to be clear,i am not offering any advice here and this is just my personal understanding of matters.the situation is not straightforward,so if in doubt, you my need to get professional advice.
Slightly tarnished by age, albert! or should that be burnished? hope you hear similar from II.
Yes,thanks for those bothwell.dont think I've seen them before.serves to highlight the frustration at not having heard anything since end of august financials, when they said they were hoping for SPA approval by end of 2023. obviously they haven't got it as they would have announced it. if no prospect now of getting it they need to come clean and say so.
