Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Whilst i do have some views on the wider issues mentioned over the last few days,re canada and the us,at this point i just wanted to say i have just seen eroxon's advert on GB news. i also saw it on great movies channel yesterday(no i don't get out much) so pleased to see the advertising campaign still going here in uk.
Afternoon albert.yes good to see some developments.hoping for news on the tokens soon.will probably email HLshortly if i don't hear soon.
With respect dosanddonts,i don't think we can draw any conclusions regarding fum's knowledge of the canada situation one way or the other. if you are suggesting that one of their licensing partners has launched without their knowledge or approval, i would find the suggestion extremely unlikely and hardy conductive to a positive ongoing commercial relationship(not to mention the highly likely prospect of litigation resulting).if it is a totally unauthorised marketing by a non licensee, then again legal redress must surely be in the offing(as well as appropriate injunctions to prevent its continuation).if it is some form of soft launch sanctioned by fum,but not yet announced to the market, then it should be viewed(imo) as a positive.personally i suspect the implications of the apparent marketing in canada are simply not yet properly understood by investors, particularly bearing in mind that fum do not appear to have authorisation to market otc in canada (the fda approval doesn't encompass canada which has its own authorisation requirements).so whilst i do accept that some clarification of the situation from the bod would be desirable,i do not think that it has to be construed as demonstrating incompetence or lack of control on fum's part. where i do agree though is that a T/O is the ultimate aim here, which is imo,the only way L/O can exit and realise its 28.5% position. minimum of 100p imo
Yes,either financed out of distributable reserves of from the issue of fresh equity issued for that purpose.
I think the potential effects of buybacks have to be viewed on a company specific basis, rather than as a generalised observation.i have been in companies where buyback programmes have not gone well and some where they have.personal opinion on thg at this point is that buybacks would not be appropriate. imo there needs to be a significant improvement in both s/p and market sentiment before implementing a scheme, which of course may well happen over time.just my opinion of course and i respect the comments of those of a differing view.
As apparently so also are CPX,MIRI,ARMC andCLON. the very small number of posts daily on FUM makes it abundantly clear there are no"crews"at work here.of course, there will be proponents and opponents of the s/p as with any share, but nothing imo to suggest any concerted campaign one way or the other. have a look at petroinvestors posts for today to put his observations into perspective.
Very interesting PG. good of you tp post. i imagine this sort of thing is potentially cumulative,as more artists etc are added over time.do keep us posted.
ThanksDRM72.obliged. inclined to agree that this does warrant some clarification from FUM as to precisely what is the marketing basis.
Should have had a look myself before postinghttps://www.marketwatch.com/press-release/new-ed-treatment-medication-eroxon-now-available-from-canada-drugs-direct-00ab3a11 still not clear as to how this ties in with the known licensing deals, though
The haleon RNS simply refers to the USA, so i doubt they are responsible for canada. could be wrong of course, but im wondering if the sales are "unauthorised".we have had examples of sales in ,i think, european countries at higher than normal prices, and perhaps these are of a similar nature. doesnt sound like it though given your reference to reputable pharmacies.any chance of a link to the sites? i do take the point regarding potential higher us price points and its substantial significance in terms of future profitability.
Very encouraging.
Helpful post, serif.i am not a LTH,so what you say provides a helpful perspective.
Well, clearly i am in a minority, but still puzzled as to why they would issue it now,if they will be issuing a full update in next 9 days.anyway, not looking for an argument and hope the next one brings us the news we are hoping for.
This seems an extremely odd RNS to me.by all means form a committee, but what is the point of announcing it to the market? seem an entirely in house procedure. perhaps im missing something!
Afternoon albert.i am indeed well ,as i hope you are.yes i found it interesting, but like so many things in this area,i only partially understand it and,as is so often the case, information is limited or incomplete.anyway i agree it does seem a positive for napster generally.serves to emphasise, imo, how much potential the original melody had in concept, which was sadly wasted by incompetent(and probably poorly advised)management.oh well, water under the bridge as they say.let us see how things develop.best wishes to you.
No idea if this is of any relevance or significance to our situation vis-a-vis tokens.https://tokenpost.com/Napster-TerraZero-Collaborate-to-Setup-Metaverse-for-Music-Artists-11097
Problem dougie, is the with mellon and co owning just under 60%, they really don't have to do anything more than comply with minimal market reporting (annual and half yearly and profit warnings etc).the other 40% must be pretty much entirely PIs, with no focus or power. of course, the real reason for the silence is probably simply that everything is going badly,so just keep quiet about it.if there were any positive news i see no reason not to report it, now that the last fundraise is well out of the way. anyway, they can't avoid the next results date.
Very much doubt it.the deal for acino to take over M8 was in place in september, well before our november RNS.it formally completed at the beginning of december,so the acquirer will have been fully conversant with, and in full approval of, the deal before the formal completion of the t//o.
Thanks for the clarification,jambor.appreciated!
