Slightly tarnished by age, albert! or should that be burnished? hope you hear similar from II.
Yes,thanks for those bothwell.dont think I've seen them before.serves to highlight the frustration at not having heard anything since end of august financials, when they said they were hoping for SPA approval by end of 2023. obviously they haven't got it as they would have announced it. if no prospect now of getting it they need to come clean and say so.
Here it is.had to post in two parts,as wouldn't copy the whole. ive also had another one about my sipp, explaining i can't withdraw them in specie, as would be in contravention of sipp rules. i'm probably going to wait to see what else HL say in due course. i really don't fancy getting involved with an algorand wallet, so i'm hoping they may be able to come up with a cash alternative once they become tradeable and have a value ascribed. bearing in mind there are 10 billion in issue i'm not getting too excited! hope this helps albert, at least until you get a reply from II

Corporate Actions
As part of the takeover of NM Inc (Napster Music Inc) by Algorand Holdco I Inc you received a payment of Napster Crypto Tokens (Napster Tokens).
Lock up period
The Napster Tokens were issued at the end of March 2023 and are being held by Napster Innovation Foundation, an organisation formed to distribute them. The Napster Tokens have an initial lock up period of 12 months from 31 March 2023, which means these tokens can’t be traded or valued right now. We are awaiting further information about options for how the Napster Tokens may be held or traded after the end of the lock up period and will update you when we have further information.
Holding Napster Tokens with Hargreaves Lansdown
As previously communicated, Hargreaves Lansdown cannot hold crypto tokens on our platform. The Napster Tokens recorded are therefore strictly for bookkeeping purposes, representing Napster Tokens held by the Napster Innovation Foundation. Napster Innovation Foundation is currently investigating options for token holders, including platforms like Hargreaves Lansdown that cannot hold the Napster Tokens.
We have updated your Stocks & Shares ISA to reflect that you are entitled to 123.34 new Napster Tokens for each NM Inc share held. We shall continue to maintain records of your entitlement to Napster Tokens and engage with the Napster Innovation Foundation to establish more information about how Napster Tokens may be held or traded after the end of the lock up period.
Important information for ISA holders
Under HMRC rules, these crypto tokens can’t be held in an ISA. As you hold these units in an ISA, they must be removed from it.
You need to transfer your units into a Fund & Share Account. If you already have an active Fund & Share Account you don’t need to do anything – we’ll automatically transfer your holding shortly after Thursday 21 March 2024. If you don’t currently have an active Fund & Share Account you can open one online at www.hl.co.uk or over the phone on 0117 900 9000.
If you don’t have an active Fund & Share Account open by Thursday 21 March 2024 we’ll place your shares into an inactive version, which you can then activate by following the same account opening procedure as above.
Holding Napster Tokens in an Algorand wallet
If you wish to hold your Napster Tokens directly, rather than via Hargreaves Lansdown, the Napster Foundation are now able to facilitate a transfer of the Napster Tokens into an Algorand wallet in your name should you wish to do so. An Algorand wallet would be provided by a third party, and if you wish to transfer to the Algorand wallet you should ensure that the wallet is suitable for you, that you understand the implications of the transfer and use of the Algorand wallet, and that you have read all relevant information and terms and conditions relating to the Algorand wallet.
We are not able to provide any advice or instruction in relation to Algorand wallets, your tra
That is indeed pg. i will try and copy and paste it later,as there is a bit more to it.if i can't copy it i will summarise it instead.
I was thinking about this today and yes you would expect that to be the case, but we have no idea about his tax position etc and he might just decide that a tax loss would be advantageous, rather than putting more money in.i suppose it may depend on what he sees as the realistic possibilities for fortacin etc. let us hope he sees some positive future for it.
It would be interesting to hear from the requisitioning shareholders as to the grounds for determining the notice as invalid.there my well be legal or regulatory considerations which prevent them from commenting at this point, but the reason would be illuminating.
Problem for potential IIs who might otherwise be interested is,imo, the shellbay aspect.they may well feel that it is a mechanism for extracting value from the company in a way that is not exactly beneficial for the shareholders.
Morning all. long way to go indeed! re DLI,as I've mentioned before,i do wonder what ,if anything,is going on there.not so long ago we were getting fairly regular indications of some activity, albeit probably not of any real substance.nothing for 7/8 months now.have they in effect run out of money? run out of energy? run out of ideas?
Perfectly possible we could get news of new chinese deal at any point now.
Apologies bothwell.iwas trying to delete my post as i released it had ludicrously aggressive capitals through the caps lock being on,but i pressed the wrong button. also didn't finish it.was going to say 96% down since dec 2013.also when looking at your figures you need to factor in the 1 for 20 consolidation,as well as other aspects im afraid.
B9THWEL,I HAVENT CHECKED WHAT THE S/P WAS WHEN WE ISTED IN H/K,AS FR ME THE ONLY RELEVANT FIGURES ARE WHST I PAID FOR THE SHRESAND WHT THEY ARE WORTH NOW.96
Morning bignose.year end results on 29th march last year,so not that long to go now, before some news to end this astonishing period of silence. i hope they don't just trot out the old tropes of continuing discussions with FDA etc.you would think they will have to provide some real updates as to what (if anything ) is happening, but with mellon and co being in total control i wouldn't bet on it.
You are indeed.
Hope you get a prompt response this time albert. good luck.
Posts crossed. not sure there are any optimists left, but it's see what happens.
Morning bignose. yes finally. not sure about the implications of the end of the amortisation period.may make us look better in accounting terms, but the reality of no income is what matters.clearly no appreciable income (apart from the tax credit) in the period, as it would have been mentioned.there was no operational update with the PW last time either, but if there had been any good news i think they would have announced it. not looking good im afraid.
Out now.
