market cap3 Jun 2018 10:26
whilst completely understanding and sympathising with the general air of despondency pervading the board for the last few days stemming largely from the realisation of the current isa timeline,i do still the one comfort from one thing and that is the current market cap of approximately 52,000,000 sterling.whilst i am sceptical of valuations placed on the listing itself of 40 cents if we took just 25%of the suggested listing value it means in simple terms that regents other assets are currently valued at about 30 cents a share or about 28,000,000 sterling.even if we take a very pessimistic view of the australian irs situation and assume that regent have to pay the full alleged liability and that the holding in venturex is insufficient to frank the same (hard to see how such a large holding could be realised in practice without crashing the share price) we still seem to be left with a very low value for a potential treatment for many millions of people even without the use.i suppose it will all come down to sales but i don't see how we would need sales of an enormous magnitude to support a value of at least 60 to 80 cents a share which is where i hope this will be in the next year or so.these are just the musings of a LTH and is obviously very simplistic in their analysis. The thoughts of other more knowledgable posters would be welcome
