yes i know it seems wrong and unpalatable but the articles do govern the mechanics and in effect all members are deemed to have accepted them including any changes to them over time.its a legal fiction in a way but in my view we are stuck with it happy to be proved wrong and as you say its just a discussion at the moment.i am still hoping and confident that our ultimate salvation will be found in the success of the product itself which is why i continue to remain invested

bignose thanks for your detailed analysis.i totally accept the historical accuracy of it and could not agree with you more that what is required(and indeed deserved by patient LTHs) is greater clarity from management.where we differ i suspect is in how we feel this could be achieved.if a call for an EGM could be orchestrated or even realistically threatened then it might well lead to greater clarity but equally it might not.i suspect that the concepts of greater clarity and openness are not ones which come readily to management and i am perhaps less optimistic than you about an enforced changing of the leopards spots by threat of shareholder action.i think you would have to accept that the realistic chances of actually removing gibson are nil.virtually no chance of getting 20% voting to call a meeting and no chance at all of getting a simple majority at the meeting(my opinion only i could be wrong) gibson knows this and would i suspect be totally unmoved by its threat.again i could be entirely wrong but what does worry me is the message(totally understandable as is)which the threat of such action may send to the investment community.it may have no impact at all but it i were a potential investor and there was talk of attempts to oust the ceo i would walk away at a rapid pace

i suppose what i am basically saying is that i fear the impact of talk of an egm etc may be more harmful than beneficial.i may well be wrong and didnt really want to get drawn into a debate over it as i entirely sympathise with and share the feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction expressed by all on here. as i cannot personally think of any other way to compel more transparency from the company i accept that i should probably not be arguing against those who wish to try and do so in this way.my reference to the requirements of the company articles was intended merely to be factual to put the requirement in context My regards to you

very interesting share this for day trading.provided we don't get a severe general market correction i think there is considerable upside potential.we are living in a world rife with fear of cyber security breaches

some quite sizeable buys going through at or close to the ask.looking like we may be about to move up again!

again without endorsing the proposal as i am unsure of its merits i think you will find that regents articles of association require 20% of relevant members to call for an EGM (by the way i entirely agree with the sentiments regarding wishing to call a meting i am just not convinced it is in the best interests of the shareholders)

the sp seems to be demonstrating significant resilience to any downward pressure following the recent rises.perhaps just taking a pause before the next leg up
