Bignose i did say that i held shares in regent but i didn't say recordati which perhaps would have helped even though untrue .i did use the pre formatted investor enquiry facility which was perhaps not the best approach as a tailor made enquiry might have been better on reflection.i will try again later this week but as you say they are not major events in the overall scheme of things.much more to come hopefully from USA china and interms of investor awareness HK and Macau

obviously my propensity to suffer auditory hallucinations is increasing with my age!still good news either way.incidentally i had no response from recordati to my e mail sent around the 22nd Nov re progress on the other expected roll outs.i may try again later this week.

completely agree iain b.sensible investors will i am sure be taking a longer term view than those posting with an obvious negative short term agenda.imo we need to look through the present poor sp performance (which in the general negative market sentiment is actually not that bad for a small aim m/c) and concentrate on the two issues that matter.the tendentious incantations of pooch regarding directors buys are simply a device to try and achieve his agenda.they are mere noise to fill the void while we wait for the news that matters. even pooch has said he does expect us to get approval.it is not 100%certain of course but once we have it it will be 100% certain and we will then be dealing with a different category of company i.e. one which has FDA approval for its AB .Attention will then rightly focus entirely on the partnership /licensing aspect as to which we can only and imo pointlessly speculate. there is no information in the public domain which gives any indication regarding potential partnerships. it is facile and misleading to suggest that the s/p decline is because people think there is going to be no interest. there are any number of reasons for s/p decline and particularly on aim prices can decline for no real reason at all and often do.if you think like i do that approval is virtually certain and that a suitable partnership or similar appropriate arrangement will be announced in due course after approval then the obvious action is to sit tight ignore pitch and his agenda and concentrate on the investment case which is imo unchanged by anything which has happened over the last few weeks

obviously it is not encouraging to see the sp continue to fall but to put matters in perspective total trades so far today are about £46000 and on a day when general market sentiment is pretty negative.dow down 2.2% and nasdaq down 2.8% yesterday.i do accept that positive news is needed however to reverse sentiment here which i hope to hear shortly

that is correct alquemie.my post was on the 17th november and reproduces virtually verbatim the response i had from jamie that day.i am therefore puzzled by the revised details. frankly i had assumed in light of jamies response that there must be another trial agency of which i was not aware although i did think that was a little odd.at least from what you say it does look as though something is happening but i really don't know what to make of the apparent discrepancy in information.i am not going to worry too much about this now as i do recall your comment that some delay in trial starts was not at all unusual and if perhaps it stems from a desire to ensure that the ultimate results are potentially more acceptable/persuasive then that is all to the good

regrettably i have to agree themis.not looking as though anything going to materialise before christmas or new year.could still happen but why if its an important developmental milestone would they leave it so late.if it doesn't happen i would regard it as a very serious blow to evrhs credibility and as reflecting very badly indeed on their reliability and professionalism.very poor show if it doesn't happen!

i have been out for most of the day but i do share bignoses slight surprise that there has not been perhaps more posting responses here so far i expect more will appear over the next few days and i do think there is a lot to take in and assess here.my initial question is will this act as some form of stimulus to recordati in their marketing efforts /roll out progress?it may of course make no difference whatsoever but I'm just wondering whether there is some sort of psychological stimulus from hearing that another substantial (given time) deal has been struck.Interst is often stimulated by observing the interest of others.not sure i have expressed this very well but i hope my drift is clear

personally quite pleased with todays performance.there was imo zero chance of anything of significance being announced or even discussed at agm but sp has held up well after morning initial gain which i regard as positive.hopefully we may get some feeling for mood at meeting from any attenders at some point

personally not expecting any news good or bad tomorrow.i just doesn't happen that way.expect to hear all resolutions passed thats all.dont know if they are doing Q.A tomorrow but if so might get some very slight steer but probably not.i am expecting news before end of january but thats just me no facts in support.could be completely wrong and we get RNS tomorrow before AGM but very unlikely.

posters with much greater knowledge than me have already alluded to the close US connection that motif has and i am sure that any costs associated with the nasdaq listing should be viewed in that light.if all goes to plan the listing may prove to be not only advantageous but ultimately essential.

agree with what you say uncommon sense.its a mistake imo to adopt emotional attitudes e.g. "faith" to shares although we all do it from time to time and it can be hard to void.i agree that here we do have hard facts to support the investment case and i m personally expecting some buying in to commence in the new year by those hoping to get a bounce on FDA approval.we may well see the sp drift down in the meantime but its all happening on low volume and lack of news, the common culprits for aim drift.there have been no notifications of shareholder change which i regard as very important and am happy to wait matters out for the FDA approval and imo more importantly the detail of a hopefully favourable partnership/licence agreement

its about right.there are 10HKDs to the pound approx so it may be more like £5,500
