yes very interesting news.i have just bought in again on it.think we are now poised for significant move up.just my opinion no advice.

why no posts for 2 days?

agree with that sheltie.i personally think we will hear of FDA approval (assuming we get it which i agree with others is 90/95%likely) before any partnership news and the latter will determine the next sp direction .i suspect partnership news will follow very promptly on approval news.just my opinion of course.

at 31.5 we are 37.5% up on our recent low of 22.9 on 29th october.still a long way to go if we can get even reasonable news on sales etc i think we will be significantly higher.just my opinion.no response from Finsbury so have sent chasing e mail but not expecting any substantive reply

we don't know.he was posting and getting his posts removed and then he appeared to have been banned and his account deleted,at least that is what other posters said. he then tried posting under an obvious alternative alias but again within a couple of days or so that disappeared. sorry if you know all this and possibly bignose or one of the others can be more precise than me as I'm just posting from vague memory.nothing from him now for quite a while.

good tp see modest tick up today as i topped yesterday afternoon but still nothing to speak of in the way of volume which is what is really required to get the sp moving.still positive movement and encouraging.

bunion i agree with you that for me personally it is the wrong time to sell but i can quite understand anyone who decides to particularly if they are in profit.todays fall was disappointing but not entirely unexpected although larger than i had hoped am happy to continue to wait it our re developments in hong kong etc but (and sorry to bang on about this)i am concerned and annoyed at lack of news re FDA trial.i am going to email the pr people again tomorrow if no reply to the one i sent at the weekend.waste of time i know but at least i feel I'm doing something.

agree FTSE12 with all you say.it would be very interesting to see statistics regarding the accuracy or otherwise of analysts forecasts based on time scales which you rarely get.i am also staying out for today but agree that its going be a great buying opportunity over next few days.all in my opinion of course

i wouldn't argue with that optrade.im in and out a lot today so just want to assess comment ands movement a little more when not under time pressure good luck if you go or are already in.

agreed in principle but as i missed the initial drop I'm probably going to see how it pans out during rest of day before deciding.no advice intended just my opinion.

thank you for that trader364.i suspect you have made the right decision(hope so) i missed the larger drop first thing this morning as otherwise engaged but even at this level looks well overdone so will be keeping an eye on it later today.cheers

in fairness to petch it is reasonable to assess the situation re cfo as its a vital role and an area of operation where concerns can arise but i think his concerns have been answered as fully as possible by other more knowledgable posters than me and really it is up to him to accept matters or not.personally i think it would have been almost inconceivable for mtfb to have stated that interim cfo appointed until iclaprim approved.that is imo simply not the type of announcement that is made so i see nothing inconsistent at all in the way the matter has been dealt with to date.incidentally no RNS as yet re prudential holdings.

good to see the gains holding well into the close.clearly the local investors take a more sanguine view of the development than alquemie.i say "local" as I'm assuming this is the source of the majority of the increased activity today but at 54m shares the value traded in total (about £1.7m) is quite a significant percentage of the total market cap.not sure if there were any large individual trades at open as my website is playing up this morning so cannot check.
