492 trades today.no doubt the mails article has significantly contributed to todays interest but i agree that there may well be something more to this.i think the propinquity of the expected FDA approval (no guarantee of course but very high expectation of approval) was inevitably going to lead to buying interest at some point.I am hoping for further modest gains over next few weeks until FDA decision which should give a further boost although probably relatively modest as i think once we have approval investors attention will naturally focus on the partnership/licence agreement position which will imo be the real driver behind the next major price move.just my opinion

well Bignose here we are about to enter 2019 and perhaps not quite where we would have expected to be s/p wise after all the recent news but am i downhearted? No i am not because i now have not only one but two images of you ,your nose, a large lady and a lift to carry me into and indeed sustain me through 2019.For that i am very grateful.With best wishes to you and all other posters for the New Year

bignose i can assure you i always count my blessings its just that my arithmetic is not very reliable! personally i avoid lifts wherever possible as i find the technology of the push button control panels rather daunting.

its a good job the mission is only a desk job as I'm too old to be sent out into the field any more.unfortunately i cannot find anything but i suspect a/ I am not looking in the right place and b/ as someone who cannot underline when typing that i lack the necessary skills to achieve the mission.

hopefully someone can steer us in the right direction

MR so far as i can recollect in the absence of the post itself bunions words were to the effect that it _was_ going to appear but no indication of when.i think we shall have to see if anything appears in the near future not much of a typer am i as my attempt to underline "was" has failed dismally but you will get the point.hopefully someone on here will report its publication if it does indeed appear.whether it has any significance is of course anyone's guess.

no one knows what will happen on monday of course but i do think it is perfectly possible based on yesterdays price movement that we will see significant gains on a short trading day.as Q1 of 2019 approaches i expect investors minds to be concentrated on the prospect of contract news which we have been told to expect and that FOMO will start to be the main driver of sentiment.

good afternoon bignose.yes it does seem to be an almost perverse market reaction to the recent news.even allowing for the thin trading normal at this time of year i would have expected some slight uplift instead of a modest decline.i no longer invest in the mining sector at all as i don't understand it but as you say huge uplifts do occur on preliminary findings just on expectation.my own view here for what its worth is that we are now in an almost entirely sales driven stage.i no longer subscribe to the stake building theory propounded by pom and others.i did at one time and it was the reason i bought back in two weeks after selling my entire holding at 60 cents as i felt the potential at that point outweighed the risks.not blaming pom it was entirely my own decision and his arguments made perfect sense but since then nothing has emerged to sustain it and the sp movement over last couple of years seems to me to be a strong counter indicator.just my opinion and i could be wrong but thats why i think progress now is going be basically sales dependent.even at our modest m/c i don't see anyone taking over regent without hard evidence of actual sales prospects.i still think the postential for significant sp improvement from here is perfectly possible if sales figures support it and as I've said before we dont need huge sales in view of our market cap just something that will show the market(and indeed potential acquirers ) that the company can actually make viable profits.i don't know if we will get those sale although i think we will and this is why i am encouraged by the news of increased publicity given by bunion.it may not help at all but we can only hope it does.because of my firm belief that sales are now the only real s/p driver ( at least until some actual positive developments re theUSA which re obviously some considerable way off) i don't really think the post removals have any actual significance just having some mildly diverting speculation over holiday period.mindyou bignose i think we would both be delighted to be proved wrong by new year announcement of giant chinese pharma interest at many multiples of todays s/p.just don't see it happening in the real world I'm afraid.all just my opinion.best wishes to you and all other posters for the new year.

have to agree that contract news is needed but it is what we are expecting and what we have been led to believe we can expect so i am feeling very confident of positive news fairly early next year but obviously no idea of exact timing.

completely agree I1219.wasexpecting some profit taking but it has been very modest.also entirely agree re the ludicrous ramps of some posters.as i have previously posted i think 150p is perfectly realistic but will probably need some actual news to reach that figure but as we are expecting news i think we will get there fairly soon.just my opinion as i know no more than anyone else on here. buon natale to one and all!
