i would like to share my own take on the TPR100 situation in response to lord ludicrous"s supercilious posturings. personally i view TPR100 as a kind of geared play on FUM.if they don't get market authorisation (and i entirely accept that they may not) then the sp will fall .it will not collapse as the main area of interest and focus is now clearly MED3000.any fall would,imo, be relatively limited.conversely if they do get authorisation the sp would, imo, increase substantially.in other words the potential benefit from TPR1000significantly outweighs the potential negative effect of failure. this is obviously just my opinion, but on an epistemological level it is as valid or as invalid as the faux lord's self congratulatory offering.no advice intended.just my opinion.

perfectly possible MrH.i was expecting him t participate as i have posted previously ,but i suppose his further participation might have seemed contrary to the spirit or aim of the arrangement (i accept that "spirit"is not a concept normally associated with this type of situation, so. probably completely wrong).i suppose his non participation would tie in with the suggestion that the selling directors may have been encouraged to reduce their holdings to encourage the participation of those taking up the placement.just speculating of course.

not invested here but completely agree chinch.i simply don't think the economic consequences have been fully appreciated yet. im not suggesting they should have taken precedence over the health care restrictions etc,but as someone who has been through all the crashes including 1987 imo this of an entirely different order I'm afraid.

keith for what it's worth and that;s probably not much, im guessing that if the RX to OTC application fails,which it probably will,either administration will follow pretty quickly or jamie will be replaced by a mellon minion and attempts made to keep the HK listing with some form of RTO.we will be massively diluted in the second event but may still come out with something if mellon can find a suitable candidate for RTO.just guessing of course.

agree with that AP.it does not look s though gore has increased his holding ,so the investor base has widened but seemingly without gore,s participation.he may well feel that he has a sufficiently large holding but we really have no idea.unless there were just one or perhaps two other main investors apart from dollens i don't think we will get any details of who they are as won't trigger reporting thresholds.whether we get any update on the Facebook involvement will be interesting.

all that is perfectly true bald eagle but as you point out we already know the financial situation and whilst it is undoubtedly true that no one is going to be immune from the effects of Covid-19 i think FUM are being perfectly reasonable in emphasising that it may impact on them to a lesser degree because of how they largely operate. im certainly not suggesting there are no risk or uncertainties here but personally I'm quite comfortable with todays statements.

i fully expect to be completely shot down for this but i have watched 3 clips from the i heart fox streaming.one was mariah carey and the other two were someone from foo fighters and some one I've never heard of but who is probably very well known .carey's performance was reasonably polished but a little awkward.as for the other two they came across to me as exactly what it was,a couple of singers playing accoustic guitar and singing alone in their living rooms (i don't think a kitchen was involved but not sure).now i fully acknowledge that i am not the target audience(more of a george formby man myself) but i found the performances completely underwhelming. im not wishing in any way to criticise or detract from efforts to raise money for charity in these difficult times but there was no atmosphere no sense of involment and no energy.now this was just 3 clips but i suspect the publics appetite for this sort of thing could prove to be quite limited. i know some people have become very successful starting out playing songs in their bedrooms but its not how they continue their careers.there needs to be some element of staging and atmosphere.now i have no idea what melody's plans are and how far one can go in creating atmosphere in these restricted times but I'm not too sure we should be as worried as some seem to be by these improvised offerings,and yes i know it was hosted by elton john etc and there were a lot of big names but i hope we can come up with something more compelling as this is meant to be our area of expertise.just my opinion so please don't shout too loudly.gla

well mel they certainly seem to be ramping (sorry) up the releases and whilst not perhaps the artists some of us might be hoping for it does suggest that something larger may be in prospect.

agree bignose.ive now finished reading it.frankly coundnt bear to read it all at once.clearly they are just being kept going by shareholder loans which they wont/can't carry on with for very long.there is absolutely no prospect of any meaningful (or even any) income for the foreseeable future.obviously the auditors insisted on the revised valuation of fortacin before they would sign off the accountts(well thats my opinion anyway ) and explains the termination of the live price feed on website.they cannot pay for it.my guess is they will struggle on till and of july/august to see if they can get RX to OTC approval but very probably they won't get it and then recordati will say no more and they will go into administration.possibly gibson could be replaced but who would take it on? that could only happen imo as part of some sort of RTO and although not entirely impossible is probably just wishful thinking.
