ok found the annual report and notice of meeting. it looks like it's just a continuation of the normal rolling authority ,so don't think any particular significance I'm afraid.just my view of course.

presumably there has been no statement by mtfb as to why it is seeking to disapply pre-emption rights.i would have thought the reasoning should be spelt out to enable shareholders to assess the merits.if anything has been said it would be interesting to see it, as i dont monitor this in any detail now.

perhaps I've missed something but the original acquisition announcement refers to publication of admission document anticipated by end of november. need to add on about 17 days to the publication date to get the resumption of trading date.happy to be corrected if I've missed something.
