sorry posted in error.pretty sure you can transfer them.the suspension applies to trading not transfers.so if for example you died the shares could be transferred to your beneficiaries even though suspended.i imagine the same principle applies to a transfer by you into an isa but obviously you need to check with isa provider

publication of the admission document is anticipated by the end of november. suspension should be lifted on publication.whether it is simultaneous or perhaps the next trading day I'm not sure.

well you do wonder what "information" they are still awaiting.they've only had 5 weeks or so since the original announcement plus the time since the deal was struck.quite hard to get information quickly in this day and age.i may suggest they try this internet thingy,I've heard its quite good.lol.

actually dougie i may owe you an apology as my analysis of matters yesterday was not completely accurate.i was going on memory alone which is a big no no at my age. ive looked back today following the news of more delay and there is a distinction between the yooya situation and this one,which was perhaps behind your question,but i didn't pick up on it until now.with yooya the announcement referred a non legally binding indicative offer,wheres now they talk about legally binding share purchase agreements.i assume the distinction is very important and suggests that this is more likely to go through,although the point about conditions needing be met etc still stands.im sorry if i was misleading in any way yesterday and do feel slightly better now I've had a proper look at the situation.

oh dear odysseus you really are determined aren't you.your own post yesterday referred to approval earliest 9months from submission,so that would put it at about end Q1, certainly not end of 2021.the fact is no one knows how long approval will take after submission.it will depend on whether any questions are asked etc,but it could certainly be by end of Q1 in principle if no problems.totally pointless to speculate about a date at this point imo.you either take a position now or wait.personally i have topped up twice in last 7 days or so (the last one was yesterday but it showed as a sell).not suggesting anyone should follow my example as fum is very high risk,but at least lets have discussions based on accurate presentation of facts.news on FDA trial requirements will probably be the next main determinant of price movement imo.

exactly bucolic thanks (i don't have the patience or typing skills to reproduce extracts.) so far as I'm concerned fum have adhered very closely to the time scales they have outlined since feb and have kept us updated appropriately (I'm not bothered about historic lapses as I'm only looking at things as they now are) so I'm quite happy. still hurdles to overcome of course but going ok at moment.

dougie we are awaiting the dispatch of the circular giving details of the acquisition and the shareholder agreements and in particular the notice of the EGM which is required to give shareholder approval for the issue of the consideration shares.approval of the acquisition and the shareholder agreements are not required but it is necessary for the consideration shares to be issued.this is similar to the yooya situation, where, if you recall, the meeting notice was delayed 3 times before being posted and then about a week later they called it off, as some condition or conditions were not met (we never found our exactly what).in other words although an agreement has been reached it will have a number of conditions which need to be satisfied before if can be formally implemented. if it was another company i wouldn't be too worried as these things,once provisionally agreed ,normally go through, although not invariably. unfortunately with regent's history of delay etc and in particular the yooya debacle, i an not as confident as i would like to be that all will go through, particularly as we have already had one delay in producing the circular. i hope i am wrong and we hear tomorrow (the next deadline for issuing the circular) that it has been issued.not long to wait now.

odysseus with respect i can hardy believe your response.you are now suggesting that fum have not yet applied for ema approval despite their RNS of 14th july stating that they had done so. if this is the level of argument there is clearly little point in my participating in it.of course i have a slightly optimistic view of how things will turn out, otherwise i would not be invested, but such optimism has not yet deprived me of the ability to read simple statements. all I can do is repeat my advice to anyone already invested or thinking of investing which is to read the RNSs themselves, not posters interpretation of them, mine included.

i am surprised(well actually not that surprised)the someone with a D Phil in a scientific discipline should show such disregard for accuracy as to state that the approval date has been pushed back first from april 2020 and then from summer 2020.this is simply incorrect.anyone wanting an accurate analysis of the history should please read the formal RNS s from FUM which have made clear their own expectations for the approval time scales.they have never suggested april2020 or summer 2020.they have stated that they continue to target EMA for 2021. FDA will depend on trial requirements etc,but no false expectations have been raised andd dashes as suggested by odysseus.read the facts folks,not the narrative.

dougie i agree with your first comment but i think we should be expecting news tomorrow (there are perhaps divergent views as to whether it will be good or bad) as the DLI documentation is due by then (unless delayed again which it probably will be.
