i do have some regard for mushroom man,but i think he is wide of the mark on this one.the description of the customer in 7D's RNS simply does not fit napster,either as it is/was, or as we (well some of us anyway).hope it to be. personally i have no problem with naps advertising for people to work on the app.after all it is what we want them to do.

i was looking t the napster job adverts a couple of days ago.there are several and one of them specifically mentioned working on development of the new app.not saying it's remotely meaningful,but it is factual.oddly most(possibly all)the jobs were in uk.

on a serious note,presumably we are due news of this very shortly.i believe the fda aim to schedule such meetings within 75 days of request.i think(not certain)that this mean the meeting is scheduled to take place within 75 days rather than simply responding within that time.if correct it should have taken place by now,although i think these are only guidelines and not set in stone.also fda pressures may play a part i imagine.
