based on nothing more than gut feeling,my personal view is no dividend likely for some time.i would expect them to want to wait and see how the johnston acquisition beds in and what feeds through to the bottom line over a period. just my opinion and could easily be wrong.

so presumably nothing in the pipeline, at least as at 31st dec, to warrant any fair value revision for fortacin.

although something of a sideshow in the big picture,we are going need finance to get to us to USA approval,so i think it is important to look at what is likely to happen to the DGI holding. in this context i had this this morninghttps://wcsecure.weblink.com.au/pdf/DVP/02485150.pdf what is quite interesting is that DGI are expecting a resource update in the middle of 2022.from the assay results so far they seem very confident of positive (perhaps very positive ) results.my speculative take is that ERP are anticipating a reasonable s/p rise on the back of this news and the plan is to dispose of the entire holding if that happens and the s./p meets the disposal criteria.as i say pure speculation,but it does seem to make sense.just musing of course. i think the announcement was just after the ASX close (not certain),so may get a bit of a bounce in DGI's s/p tomorrow.of course if the proceed all go on paying down the loans etc, we will need another source of finance im afraid.

afternoon all.agree really waiting on china and US.not expecting much of a pop re china,given the pretty underwhelming previous response.in theory it should be very positive,given the huge population,but we have been misled(if that is the right word) by estimates of addressable markets before.us should be much more positive,although again best to be modest in one's expectations imo.i agree also that we will get both approvals at some point.

jut listened to mellon.usual confident,articulate and bullish performance,as you would expect.nothing new,but interesting emphasis at end on enabling technologies and reference to white space opportunities(which presumably by definition, we won't be aware of in detail until they are revealed.

morning bignose. wouldnt disagree with any of that. my point about DLI really is that it has added another area of activity,which seems even more complex and esoteric than the pe aspect and in which gibson will have at best only a very .superficial understanding and zero experience.even if his lack of a scientific background may not matter too much in terms of product development,he will need to demonstrate a previously unexhibited expertise in marketing, if the ageing clocks are going to be any sort of commercial success. (which i doubt) and also abilities in a totally new area of app promotion,for the young ai app,which seems little more than a glorified niche product.the fact that it is still not available on android doesn't instill confidence that that he will be able to do so.. i have emailed young ai about this,but no surprise no reply.of course you are right that nothing will change unless mellon wants it to,so looks like we are stuck with it im afraid.
