morning bignose.i think its because if they sell all the remainder at on go and within 12 months of previous disposals,they will have disposed of more than 25%of era's assets,which would be a major transaction requiring shareholder approval beforehand.ie they can do less than 25%in aggregate in a 12 month period,but if more approval is reuired

for anyone struggling to cope with today's astonishing exercise in pleonasm, here is my summary. they have sold some more shares and will be using the proceeds to pay salaries and they will be selling more shares when they can and using the proceeds to pay salaries.

morning bignose.hard to disagree with any of that im afraid. .to a large extent we have been kept going by the purely fortuitous benefit of the legacy holding in DVG.how would we have paid the aussie tax without it? imo the entire holding will be sold by a block trade as soon as the resolution is passed and the criteria are met.once it has gone we have lost the hope of any increasing benefit from it.whether it is going to be sold because the loan holders are anxious for repayment or because they do not wish to risk losing the gains made so far,i do not know,but i suspect from the very specific references to the loans,that the driving motive is to repay them.very little if anything left for development i suspect.difficult times ahead im afraid.
