agreed lasted look to be the likely culprit.there has been no news today to warrant a fall and the movement seems a tad large just to be reflective of impatience etc.there have been some quite sizeable round figure sells.

hang seng open today i believe,but no erp shares traded? is this correct?all very odd,although it has happened before i think.

very encouraging to see they have reached agreement with a leading company.i find the general managers comments very encouraging.

heimdal,i have to confess that when i first read your post,without reading the header,i thought you were looking recruit someone for your office.i assumed you were so impressed by the quality of posters on here that you decided it would be a fertile ground for potential recruits.i realised my mistake when i read the header.
perhaps we will get some positive news of progress in the results on 29th.DLI did email me a few days ago indicating they were in the process of developing new aspects for the app and perhaps the job is something to do with it.problem is,as bignose suggests,where is the money coming from to support DLI?does it generate any revenue? figures,if any ,in accounts will be interesting.

morning bignose.yes certainly better volume today and quite volatile trading range.interesting thoughts re the manufacturer problem.i had forgotten about the different us manufacturer. perhaps there will be some relevant news on this aspect in the results, as they will surely have to comment if the production difficulties are continuing as to how they intend to address them. or maybe not?

dougie,it's not an individual update as such.the full year 2021 results are due by end of march and will doubtless contain some sort of update,as they can hardly do otherwise.

continuation. rather than just normal day trading,but that's just my speculation. volume still not really anything to talk about,although a small improvement on the fairly miserable normal daily rate,so again perhaps indicative of something.i hope you are right about good news,which can only really come in relation to US imo. perhaps less onerous p3 trial. deal would be great (at least if on decent terms) but really not expecting anything like that im afraid. as always time will tell

morning bignose.HS closed just above 9%up.we managed 2.7%.well you did say yesterday we might follow it down,but probably not follow it up.very prescient lol,the trading ranges for today and yesterday were quite wide (today 106 to 130) which may suggest trading based on news expectation

yes.the article emphasises the current anti chinese tech sentiment.no doubt over time this will change. if(big if)we get any really positive news,i would expect the s/p to react accordingly regardless of general sentiment,but without it i suppose we just go with the flow.

just read a little piece which says hang seng has reached its lowest level since feb 2016.

agreed.oh well update in a fortnight or so no doubt.
