morning bignose.ive been following the DVP s/p and thinking they may have missed the boat,at least for the time being.they 're not precluded from selling more below the 3.25$ figure in the resolution,provided the sale wouldn't constitute a major transaction when added to the previous disposals in a 12 month period(i think) which currently goes back to august,so i think they could sell some more,just not the lot.i imagine they would prefer to get it all away as a block trade,so if we are to see that in next few month we will need the appropriate s/p uplift. didn't realise JG was on the market! not sure who could afford him.lol

sorry if I've set a hare running. that was not my intention.any problems I've had in viewing the site are solely down to the problems i am having on my laptop.im sure it works fine and just wanted to know what people thought of it.

agree with that dosanddonts. i was in proactis where LO built up over 29% before it was taken over last year they don't have.much headroom left but we may get another couple of percent increase..very significant upside potential now,imo.

i gather the new graphene wear site has gone live today after the publication of the white paper.i cannot access it personally due to some problems with my browser,but there have been a couple of comments to say it is quite impressive.

continued.i can understand why holders on platforms cannot receive crypto but i do not see how this obviates the requirement to treat shareholders equally if they hold the same class of share.normal company law principles would surely preclude this.obviusly more complicated than i realise.looks like i will have to join telegram group to find out.

morning bignose.whilst one needs to be careful about reading too much into trading patterns,what i have noticed is that although the amounts themselves are not really very great,the larger trades,e.g. say 400k and above,have predominantly been buys over the last few days.this is just my casual observation and i could be wrong,but it does seem to have happened again today.does this strike a chord with you or am i just reading too much into things?

I write in response to your concerns regarding your holding in Napster Group Plc and HL’s communications about the speculative upcoming Corporate Action.

To summarise, you have contacted us about a speculative proposed acquisition of Napster by Algorand. While I appreciate you feel strongly that HL should have been notified of this proposal, I can confirm that we have received no communication from either company, nor our custodian for overseas stock. Similarly, we have received no notification from our Corporate Actions Database. There is no mention of the acquisition on the investor relations section of the Napster website. Without any formal notification of the Corporate Action, we maintain that the acquisition is speculative, and it would not be appropriate for us to communicate with clients about this matter and speculate on an outcome without concrete terms.

Crucially, even if we were to receive formal documentation which states that shareholders of Napster would receive tokens as a result of an acquisition, we would not be able to participate in the Corporate Action. Without wishing to repeat information you already know, HL does not hold Crypto assets on its platform as these are not supported by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Likewise, we cannot comment on the suitability of other providers to receive proceeds in the form of tokens.

For reasons already explained, and as I have highlighted above, we will not be contacting Napster directly about the speculative acquisition, and I feel it important to note that we are not under any obligation to do so.

As is outlined in section A18 of our terms: There may be instances when we are not notified by the company, its registrar, CREST or our third party data provider of a Corporate Action (or are not provided with sufficient information in time by them) and as a result are unable to pass on the details to you. In such circumstances, we will not be liable to you for any loss suffered.

well that did occur to me as a possibility,but bearing in mind they actually have to give notice,a process which would require some degree of mental involvement,im not so sure.anyway it is another £56k in the kitty.

interesting that someone haas exercised warrants mostly at 30p and a few t 28.5p.
